I hired Mike to come out and get my home printers working and clean up my laptop. He came on time and began to work. Three hours later, he said he had one printer working and the other one, a wireless printer, would only work as a wired printer. He installed some new software to clean up the laptop and left as it was still running. The wireless printer never would work for us and the laptop now barely functions at all for email and web surfing. We have called him at least four times and cannot get a return call. I have to assume that he has no intention on coming back and making things right. I would suggest that you think twice before you hire this firm.
