Compass Vocational Consulting is an agency that provides Vocational Expert, Forensic Rehabilitation, Vocational Assessment and Evaluation, and Career Counseling services. Career Counseling is not a job placement agency, it is focused on long term career goals. Other services are offered to Worker’s Compensation Insurance Companies, Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys that are involved in Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, and Divorce litigation.

Compass Coaching is a contracted Community Rehabilitation Provider for the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services for the State of Texas. It provides an array of services to assist persons achieve their maximum potential through vocational rehabilitation.

Compass Vocational Consulting is a culmination of experiences from working within the field of Vocational Rehabilitation and Forensic Rehabilitation.

These two worlds of are overlapped. Recently the educational process has been to assist clients working with CVC that regardless of the litigation venue, claimant or defense, the process of getting to the information necessary to make informed decisions necessary for resolution and outcome are the same detailed process.

Through Career/​Educational Counseling services individuals develop goals and the steps that will be necessary to navigate a career path. It doesn’t stop there. All client’s will know what the employment outlook is for their chosen career goals. This segment of the business is built on the compassion of seeing people achieve goals and not fall into the trap of being a quota for some school and financial aid statistic.

Business Owner

I have been in the Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling field since 1984. My areas of expertise are in Career Counseling, Forensic Rehabilitation, and Vocational Expert services. I am contracted Community Rehabilitation Provider for the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services. I have been working with litigation Attorneys in personal injury, divorce, and vocational consulting.

My skills are in providing extensive transferable skills analysis, labor market analysis, job analysis, wage and wage loss analysis, vocational evaluation. Not every Vocational Expert, Vocational Economist, or Life Care Planner does what I do. I use a scientific method of transferable skills analysis that is the basis for all recommendations. My Labor Market Analysis includes positions and wages that are verified. The positions are based on actual jobs available, not just statistics from Indeed and Monster only. These are not the industry standard that I use in my reports.
