Felt good, not sure i will return though.

I have been very apprehensive on leaving a review as Don is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I went for my first session on a Sunday afternoon in July. What I didn’t know was the office building shuts down the air conditioning on the weekend. I was so uncomfortable, I had to cut my session short. That, paired with the small room I was placed in, made me not want to return. The cost included a second session if used within 72 hours so I had to return. I must say, the second time around went much smoother as the air conditioning was on and I was placed in a bigger room. However, Don spent most of the session talking with me. Talk about uncomfortable moments.

If you don’t know what your colon is, you better find out before you visit this place! I love exploring new experiences. I have seen Don Blaylock’s ads in the neighborhood paper for years. So on a whim, we gave him a call. I got a colonic and massage combo. My husband got just the colonic. Oh, my dear, dear husband. The things he does… just because I say, «let’s try this!»
So in case you haven’t googled it yet, your colon is the 6 feet of large intestine right before your body’s «last exit.» So a Colon Cleansing is… that’s right… a good scrubbing of all that. I wasn’t remembering my last anatomy class well that day, and honestly, I thought your colon was something smaller like livers, kidneys, etc. Um. Nope. Lol!
The procedure takes about an hour, maybe two. It’s very personal, and although there are unpleasant moments, it certainly accomplishes the job really well. This procedure is ideal if you suffer constipation. In fact, I would go so far as to say that this is probably the number one solution to anyone with constipation. If you are dealing with that, you must hear Don’s story. Ask him how he got into all this. It’s very inspiring.
Don’s office is phenomenal. He perfectly blends a professional office environment with a warm caretaker attitude (trust me, you’ll need a caretaker!)
The only downside is that with just him working there, he tends to go between clients, and his time can be a little split between everyone. I didn’t have the experience of that, so I am only speculating. It’s a job that you can mostly do on your own, if you are coming regularly, so that’s probably manageable, now that I say it all out loud.
When he is with you, his massage of your abdomen can be a little intense. That said, you are there to accomplish a certain result, and he is facilitating that.
Don is warm, caring, and he loves his job. To find a health professional that is so excited about your health is both endearing and amazing. For such a tough experience, Don made it a pleasant relief.
