We do this by providing solutions for weight loss, stress reduction, and other health & fitness related goals.
Our professional Team of specialists, including personal trainers, is well-versed in how to program, support, and motivate those who are commited to changing their lives for the better.
The club combines a non-intmidating enviroment with all that you would expect from a first-class gym — cardio, weights, and other gadgets to help you stretch and tone your body.
You can enjoy exercising outdoors on our artificial turf, flipping tires, running up and down «Will Hill», or swimming in the outdoor pool that’s heated year-round.
We have the cleanest locker rooms around, complete with showers, soaps/conditioners, hair-dryers, deodorant and other conveniences needed to clean yourself up after a sweaty workout.

History
Established in 2006.
Clairevista Vitality Club, Inc. was established by two of Dallas’ finest personal coaches — Chris Weigel and Roland Mensikovas — in effort to help people discover a life in balance.
They drew upon their many skills including athletic development, massage therapy, personal training, life coaching, etc., to develop a holistic approach to coaching one toward health & happiness.
The Oak Cliff club was established in 2010 and has aimed to be the beacon of light for those in the community looking for the ‘truth’ as it pertains to health & fitness.
To date, Clairevista’s Team has helped thousands of people change their habits, sculpt the body of their desires, and find a passion for living.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Chris believed before his formal education began, that he would be happy making a living if he simply pursued what he loved to do — hang out in a gym and talk to people about health and fitness.
With that in mind, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winona State University (1993), conduct extensive research and develop sport-specific programs for the Rochester Mayo Clinic, manage a few gyms/clubs, and own an athletic development company (All-Star Development Systems, Inc.) and personal training studio in Dallas (Fit-Zone).
Along the way he earned numerous credentials including 8 health & fitness certifications, and became a best-selling author for his book «3 Steps to Your Best Body Ever».
His passion and knowledge for how to live a healthy and happy life have driven him to share it with others. For this reason, developing a new brand of health club — a Vitality Club — has become his new passion and outlet for helping people live well.
