Amazing. I am sitting in the drive through line, and time seems to have frozen. What part of «fast food» does the operator of this location not understand. They are taking an order every 2 – 3 minutes. If this weren’t the closest location by a solid 10 – 15 minutes, I wouldn’t come here. Food is fine. Just incredibly slow.

Perhaps the slowest Chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever visited. Busy, yes. But NOT efficient at keeping the line moving or bringing out the food. I waited forever for 6 nuggets.

Friendly, clean restaurant. 1^st chic sandwich was greasy. The waffle fries were cold and tasted frozen. We were disappointed. We expect more from our brethren. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

Chicken breakfast burrito is a must try. A Friday favorite for me. This location offers consistent quality. No complaints from me up to this point.

If this place could figure out how to manage its drive-​thru service, it would likely be a much better (and more profitable) store. Speaking of which, on my last visit they mixed up my drive-​thru order and gave me someone else’s food. I only realized the mix-​up when I got to my house.
But still, this place is always busy with local parents and high school students, so I doubt they have any incentive to change.

Seems like the quality is slipping. Breakfast chicken biscuit is getting smaller and a smaller. That’s too bad

Horrible Horrible Customer Service at the drive thru window. The young ladies that work there need a serious attitude adjustment. If you don’t want to deal with the public then go find a job in a mailroom somewhere. I can’t believe the standards at THIS particular chikfila. I will drive all the way to Greenville from now on. And the drive thru line is ALWAYS a zoo!!!

Uhg … love this place but poor service today. :(Lost our order then waited a long time for them to remake it. Training a lot if kids today.

This place was gross. Every table was dirty and all the employees were just standing around talking. We had to ask one of them to clean off a table. All the trash cans were full and I don’t think they mopped the floors in over a week. Two stars because the food tasted good, I’m just scared to think what the kitchen looks like. Also don’t even think about getting a «my pleasure» here.

Chick-​Fil-​A, compared to other fast food restaurants, has real and tasty chicken. I highly recommend the chicken nuggets with the Honey BBQ sauce. That sauce is better than ketchup. This place is also known for their waffle fries.

If you are in a hurry, this is not your place. It is always busy, both inside and drive thru. I have found that it is worth the wait, though. The staff is always friendly and well trained. I have never experienced an order oopsie with them.

This place is completely incapable of handling a large crowd on weekdays. Have eaten here on a couple of other occasions. Stingy with ketchup, tables aren’t cleaned fast enough, and had to wait a long time in a very long line just to get a soda re-​fill. I realize it’s fast food, but the sandwiches are always smashed and look NOTHING like what’s advertised. The presentation of the food is HORRIBLE. They have the same people touching food that are touching currency. And, some of their people need a good lesson on properly washed hands and clean fingernails. (FILTHY!) Probably the worst fast-​food option in the area. Never going back.

They seems to have difficulty at this location with getting my orders correct in the mornings. I order a spicy chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit, and they put it on a bagel. My receipt is always correct. They are just making the order wrong. They always give me coupons for free breakfast entrees when this happens, but I’d rather them just get the order right the first time. Otherwise, the food is generally hot, and service is generally friendly.

yum yum yum yum yum… I got to ask for EXTRA sauce so I can take it home and save it for later. yes, the sauces are THAT good! When I’m not too hungry, but craving Chick Fil-​A, I’ll pick up a kid’s meal. so cute! It’s the perfect amount of food and I especially get excited for the ice cream cone: P hehe. call me a kid but gotta love my ice cream cones!

Not the best Chick Fil A I’ve been to, but over all pretty good.

We go to Chick Fil-​A for two reasons: chicken nuggets and the indoor playgrounds. Chicken was fine, but this location was lacking a bit in its indoor playground compared to the location near our house in the ‘hood. It was a little small and didn’t have as much stuff. Other than than, it was okay.

This place is always crazy busy but one of the better in the area. They get so much traffic from all the schools in close proximity. The one great thing is they often have some type of volunteer program or charity that is washing cars on the weekends so you can always get a quick meal and a car wash for a good cause. The food is of course fast food but you can do well by substituting your fries for a side salad. The service is always very friendly here and the store is normally pretty clean.
I think it suits you best when ordering a large to go order go inside because I have often been short changed somewhere in my order. I have been here and they forgot anything from sides to an entire part of my meal. This really makes the meal such a disaster when you have to drive back and pick up whatever they originally forgot. I will say that after dealing with this I finally just said this isn’t the first time and man this is such a pain in the ass that I have to come back when I should be eating right about now. The response was favorable they game me a stack of cards to order free chicken sandwiches for quite a long time. I know the food is slightly above the other fast food chains but they are normally much faster and the locations are almost always held together much better. Plus how can you can away to upset about a place whose response is My pleasure Sir or Ma’am. The place can be a very quiet place to eat after the normal lunch day rush of soccer moms and high school kids.

I am not specifically referring to this specific Chick Fil-​A, but this is for them all…
I’ve had them about 6 times and I have come down to my personal opinion that I really don’t like their food. White meat is too dry, but the flavor is okay. I wish they had dark meat instead of white. Just personal preference. I really like the company, but am not that much of the fan of the food.

My brother and sister have lived outside of Texas for 6 years now. About 2 months ago, my sister visited and demanded we hit Chick Fil-​A for at least 1 meal. My brother was here this past weekend, and he also lit up at the thought of getting some Chick Fil-​A. Good to know they value the important things left in Texas. :D
Since dining at the one in the NorthPark food court during the crazy holiday shopping spree was not my idea of fun, we drove over to this location. Thankfully, all the mommies that come to lunch with their screaming babies had already dined and left, and it was mostly quiet.
I love Chick Fil-​A because they never look at me weird when I ask for 4 different sauces for my nuggets and fries, AND they never raise an eyebrow when I order a kids meal. Also, ½ and ½ sweet and unsweet tea isn’t an unusual request, so they happily oblige.

I’ve never had chick fil-​a before so right when I landed in Texas my friend insisted on taking me. I ordered a grilled chicken burger with a side of criss cross fries upon my friend’s insistence. I must say, I am glad I listened because it was some good stuff. The honey mustard dipping sauce enchanced the taste of the fries!
