I have been contacting this showroom for 6 months and I have not gotten an answer regarding items that I have ordered. Think twice with all the choices at The Dallas Market Center and don’t let your designer talk you into using this showroom. I have called monthly no one ever returns calls. BEWARE, I should have googled Charles Ray and Assoc and you will find a rip off report and it appears this is the way they do business!!!
