History

Established in 2006.

After being in the fine rare jewels arena for 12 years in Highland Park Dallas, Carter Malouf hung his own shingle in the Preston Center area, keeping a private office that is not accessible to the public. An appointment is needed to walk through the doors, not to give a feeling of pretentiousness, but to make the client feel just the opposite. Comfort on all levels is one way we make things perfect for each customer. Customer service is a key in earning and keeping customers for life. Like the relationship one has with their doctor, dentist, attorney or counselor, your jeweler should have the same ability to earn the trust of the customer, and keep it. Carter Malouf, diamond certified by the Gemological Institute of America has proven himself to find the way for customers dismiss the myths that most jewelers bring to the table. Working intimately with customers helps make each design a reality and within budget. Colored gemstones, including sapphires, rubies, garnets of all varieties, spinels, emeralds, paraiba tourmalines, are all workable materials and not accessible or understood by all jewelers. Carter brings 20 years of manufacturing by working with the best hand-​fabricators ever. Colored diamonds, semi-​precious color gemstones are areas that can be incorporated into a customized piece. The sky is the limit where ideas can go. Carter works with many family offices and wealth managers to help their clients incorporate their existing collection or future collection as an asset class and regularly advises on investment areas in the rare jewels, estate jewelry, diamond and colored gems arena.
