I wish I could give negative stars. We contacted this company and scheduled a service call. The guy was a no show. My husband called and gave the model number and was told they were ordering parts. When we heard nothing after over a week we tried to call the company. They said that we would need to deal directly with the tech with whom we could never get a hold of. Then our credit card was charged a service call fee. So, frustrated I called back asking why were we charged a service call fee when no one has ever come to our house. They said the tech will call us. Of course that didn’t happen. So, I finally called and asked if someone else can take over since this tech is not good at communication. They said that they couldn’t get a hold of the tech either and that no one else can service us. Seriously??? You only have ONE tech? Anyway I asked for a refund which took several days and calls to get. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a company. Save your time and go elsewhere.
