Established in 2013.

The founder born and raised in New Orleans, LA where she learn good cooking from momma. Over the years decided to start a food truck business. Our first food operation was Mardi Gras 2013 which was so very exciting. Now we are Serving Dallas Texas and Louisiana areas.

We are originally from the home of good cooking New Orleans La, we love good tasting food and absolutely love to cook for people and watch them enjoy our Gourmet cajun-​style meals. We wanted to find a way to serve and show our southern hospitality so we starting Cajun on the go! Food Truck. We saw the need for more cajun food spots in Dallas Texas now here we are bringing a real taste of New Orleans to the Dallas Texas areas and we would like to thank yelp for supporting us right from the start.
