2 stars for variety and stock but their lines are long as hell…4 registers open and like 20 + of ppl with full carts of stuff ahead of me. I just left the cart of stuff I spent 40 mins picking out. A waste of time so since I didn’t buy anything minus one star. Maybe ill just buy on their website.

Well, where to start? I am not the type to shop in these big warehouse type retailers but I needed a warm winter snow coat for Germany and«the man» suggested Burlington. What do I know, I’ve never bought a coat for practicality sake… only because it looks stylish. So off I go to Burlington, overwhelmed by the mess of coats lined on the racks, smashed together with no rhyme or reason. I finally find an outer rack with some Michael Kors coats, after a try, I agree on it and buy it, pack it and ship it to Europe. Well, I find myself back in Texas sooner than later and unpack the coat to wear for the first time on a «cold» Dallas night… which is nothing compared to Germany. I am FREEZING so I take it back to the store, tell them the whole true story and was rudely cut off before I could finish telling them why I was returning it. They tell me they can’t accept the coat but could offer me a discount on a new coat. I agree and off to look for a new coat. This is why I get pissed. The manager sends someone to find me in the store to ask for the coat(the one they wouldn’t accept for a return), I ask why and they say so that I don’t steal or switch it for another coat. I WASPISSED. Said no, put it on and kept shopping. When I didn’t find a coat, I went to the front and asked for corporate’s number. So corporate provided awesome customer service(hence the two stars). Long story short, corporate helped me resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Unfortunate for the store, I will NEVER shop here again after being so poorly treated. There are so many other equally priced alternatives with better customer service that I do not need to spend my money at a retailer that doesn’t value their customers.
