2x in 1 week my order is screwed up after I repeated myself more than 2 times. I went for breakfast 2 days ago and simply ordered a «sausage croissant with NOEGG(as I’m allergic) and with cheese. No meal, no drink a $ 2.00 item. I get to my office and guess what. No cheese and egg. I had to throw this away. The lady even repeated the order at the window. Today at lunch, i went and I had to sit in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken for at least 5 mins– when there was no line. Then I ordered a #7 with cheese, no tomato and Dr. Pepper– size small. I get to the window, the manager was working it, barely spoke English and said«#7 with cheese and no tomato» I said yes. Then, «you want coke», me «no Dr Pepper.» «She repeated Dr. Pepper. I get my drink– it’s not a small but a LARGE one. Once I receive my food the ticket said«ADD tomato» and doesn’t have cheese. Then I asked her if it had a tomato and she said no, then I mentioned can I have cheese(after she confirmed it had it). She then told me she was too busy and i’d have to wait. I told her to forget it and drove off. Wait it gets better… When I drove off with my extra large drink(after I ordered a small) I take a sip and it’s a COCACOLA– not a Dr. Pepper after she confirmed it 3 times. Then I did have tomatoes and no cheese. How stupid are these people? They repeat the order at the window, have no one but me in the drive-thru twice and can’t get my simple order right. I love BK and will go to other locations but these people are beyond stupid and need to get new managers and bi-lingual reps working.

Not the happiest staff here but food is good. What can you say about Burger King other than its cheap and fast. Free Wifi if you ask for it.
