We do this by evaluating each case individually and by using all the resources available to achieve a favorable resolution. We also recognize that many individuals charged with crimes have limited resources, therefore, we endeavor to keep our overhead costs low and provide flexible fee arrangements for our clients.

Clint Broden and Mick Mickelsen are certified for trials and appeals by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as experts in criminal law. John Helms is a former Assistant U.S.Attorney and Michael Snipes was a former Dallas County Criminal District Court Judge.

History

Established in 1998.

Clint Broden & Mick Mickelsen were two Assistant Federal Public Defenders for Dallas and the North District of Texas. After serving as Public Defender’s for several years, both gained valuable experience in federal and state criminal defense. The two created a partnership in 1998 and have been serving clients in Texas and nationwide for federal and state crimes.

Both attorneys are certified by the Texas State Board in Criminal Law and Criminal Appeals, representing clients at all stages of trial.
