I had such wonderful experience working with Brinkley Property Group. Jason Landry and Kyle Brinkley helped me on my search and provided me with a full view of the Dallas market. I went to them because I was in the market to purchase a home for a Spring move date. I have lived in Dallas for several years so I had an initial idea of what areas I would like to live in. They immediately started sending me available listings and took me to look at places months in advance of my move date to start helping me get a good picture of what type of place I could purchase at my target price range.
I began my search looking at townhomes in Uptown and then entertained the idea of owning a house, so we expanded the search to the M Streets and Lakewood. Jason and Kyle are experts in these area and I knew I was in good hands when looking through the homes. They were ALWAYS honest and upfront about issues they identified in a house — foundation movement, upgrade needs, security, red flags for resale, etc. If I saw a house online I was interested in, they would preview it for me, keeping in mind my top priorities for a home, and be able to tell me if it was even worth my time considering.
Jason and Kyle are extremely professional and trustworthy. My parents were involved the house search as well and they live out of state. My parents felt so comfortable working with Kyle and Jason and since they could not be here in person to look at every house, relied on Kyle and Jason’s recommendations for houses that would be good investments and what the homes were truly worth. I began putting in offers just as the market turned very competitive and was involved in numerous bidding wars on properties. I am so fortunate that Jason and Kyle told me honestly where to top out on offer prices and kept me level-​headed so that I did not end up over-​paying for a home just because other buyers were interested in it.
I have had to put my house search on hold for the moment, but they helped me find an apartment I will be comfortable in in the meantime and I look forward to resuming my home search with Brinkley Property Group in the next year or so!

Kyle Brinkley was absolutely FANTASTIC! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Dallas (especially if you aren’t from here)!
About My Need:
I was moving from California to Texas for work, and I was looking for an apartment. A friend introduced me, and I was ever so grateful. He was professional and very personable.
Process*:
–Had an initial email exchange and phone conversation with Kyle
–Wrote down my needs (time to office, price range, neighborhood style)
–Sent me a list of places to screen (within a week)
–Spent the day looking at places (Kyle set up the appointments ahead of time)
–Ended by giving me a quick tour of my neighborhood
*{For the price conscious folks, would like to note that you do NOT pay him, the apartment complex you end up choosing does}
Positives:
–Kept my needs in mind. NEVER pushed me past what I wanted. In fact, as he learned about my needs along the way, he made sure to let the leasing agents know that certain things would not work for me.
–As we drove around explained the character of the neighborhoods where we viewed apartments.
–After our meeting, he followed up with an email that listed all the nightlife spots near my apartment (which was tailored given that not all of his clients likely rent in the same place)
BOTTOM LINE:
If you work with Kyle, you will get INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE with someone who is super PERSONABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE
