Brian Gream Renovations

Do NOT use Brian Gream Renovations if you want him to do anything other than EXACTLY what is written in the contract. If I am going to be fair I have to say his crew did a very good job. HOWEVER, the attitude of this contractor is less than positive. Apparently he missed the class in contractor school that taught good customer service skills. Some of the work I had done on my house was a result of a hail storm and as a result was covered by insurance. Rather than do the minimal amount of work I had the entire house painted, etc. Brian offered to give me a separate estimate that would detail only the work covered by insurance so I could turn it into State Farm and get my full coverage amount reimbursed. When it came time for final payment (which was less than $ 1,000.00), I asked him for the estimate (which he has been promising for over a month) and his response was he would «not have his payment held hostage for something he was going to give me for free». He further stated he didn’t need my referrals and basically could care less that I was disappointed with his customer service. Apparently Mr. Gream has more money than I do and doesn’t understand the importance of insurance reimbursement. If you tell him exactly what you want up front I’m sure you will be happy with his work, but please don’t change or add anything mid-​stream because that becomes a burden.
