Meet the Manager

Scott J.

Manager

Scott Jaggers was a familiar face at Blue Sushi Sake Grill’s Fort Worth location since 2011, and he jumped at the opportunity to take the lead position at Blue Sushi Sake Grill Dallas. Dallas excited Scott because of its size and diversity. His career is rooted in a lifelong love for interacting with people and a passion for exceptional customer service, which has been developing since his part-time job as a restaurant cashier in high school, followed by serving and bartending in college.

«My goal is to wow guests from the moment they walk into Blue.»

Itchy Seabass and a Dirty Blue Vodka Martini is Scott’s recommendation for a must-try pairing at Blue.

In Scott’s free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking with his dog Karen Walker Jaggers, thrift store shopping and visiting art museums. Someday, he aspires to finish the Sunday edition crossword in The New York Times without cheating.
