I’ve been managing my properties since 2008 and flipping homes for living since 2012, so it was only next logical step to start managing properties for others. I have extensive knowledge about house maintenance which translate into saving money to the owners, as I’m able to troubleshoot most issues over the phone which eliminate unnecessary work orders.

I have started in real estate industry as a part owner in a painting and remodeling company in 2005. In 2008, I began to invest in rental properties, and by 2011 I was making a living by flipping homes. Then I decided that I too should get a Realtor’s license in order to help others buy and sell. In addition to client representation, I also specializes in property management, and property evaluations for first time buyers and investors. With my wide range of experience involving every aspect of a property, I can assist you with any of your real estate needs.
