Description

Specialties

Our tamales are sold freshly steamed, hand made from scratch, naturally gluten, preservative & additive free, robust with flavor. The masa is tender, flavorful and moist, you won’t get a dry, bland tamale from us. We don’t buy our tamales from a mass producer, pre-packaged in a plastic bag that have to be boiled to reheat them and end up covered in red grease. We make our own masa, meats & salsas from scratch on a weekly basis, ensuring your tamales & salsa are fresh. Our tamales are chocked full of meat and or vegetables… we utilize a 70:30 ratio of meat to masa, so you’ll get a bite of your favorite filling through out the tamale.

History

Established in 2012.

We are a 3rd Generation Tamale & Salsa producer who has brought the expertise and generations of Tamale & Salsa making experience to Dallas in 2012. I’ve taken the experience instilled in me by my Grandparents coupled with my professional experience, to bring our patrons the absolute best Tamales & Salsas made in Dallas. Our goal is not to just have you try our tamales & salsas, we want you as a repeat customer and to help us spread the word that Becerra’s Tex-Mex Tamales & Salsas are a must have year round!
