Stay out of room 131 if you even dare to go there… or lay out your luggage, your body, or your clothes in that room… be prepared to pick up some painful little hitchikers that will then travel back with you ands proceed to infest your home.

Had a great experience in this hotel. Everyone was so kind. The rooms were very clean and room service was great also. It’s very quiet and calm there. We also had breakfast there and everything was delicious. I will definitely be staying there again.

I debated whether or not to write a review. I am normally not a complainer. Firstly, the hotel shuttle service is 5+ stars. Went out of their way to pick me up at DFW, bring me to gas station for water, Starbucks for coffee and restaurant to eat. Fabulous. When I first got to my room, I had a bad feeling. Room was clean but hotel located in BAD area. I felt uneasy. I even looked into changing my reservation to go to another hotel. I stayed though. Night one, my phone rang at 4am, no one on other line. Then second night, some strange man knocked on my door 6x at 1:30am. When I called the front desk, a young lady said that she couldn’t check my floor because she was the only personel in the hotel with no security. She said that on the videos, the floor was clear. As she was on the phone, I heard her have this conversation with a man, she asked if he was knocking on doors. He admitted that he had knocked on a hotel room door looking for a guest. She said if he was a guest, he was not. She said that he was not permitted to walk around the hotels and knock on doors. She asked him to leave the premise. When she got back on the phone, I asked if she could notify the police. She said «that’s not how this works.» She proceeded to ask me if I ask hurt in any way. I said no, just felt that the police should be called to check on distribance. She said that’s not how this works and politely hung up the phone. Needless to say, my adrenaline was pumping and I didn’t fall back to sleep until 430am. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The most important thing to me is a clean room when staying at a hotel. This room was very clean and nice. I read other reviews about air plane noise. You can barely hear them, it didn’t bother us nor keep us awake. The staff was very friendly. My experience was great here with a good night’s sleep. The bed was also comfy.

We booked this hotel last minute when our flight was canceled at Dallas Love Field Airport due to the crazy storm that was flooding the whole state. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was so convenient. The front desk staff at night and the morning were very friendly! The two queen beds we had were so comfy and clean, we slept like babies. We had a good amount of channels to choose from on the TV. The lobby and pool are beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy.
However, the rooms for sure need a renovation. Our smoke alarm went off when steam escaped the bathroom when the door was open and the shower was on which startled me. Also, I noticed the air conditioner/​heating unit didn’t have an energy saver option so it was constantly running at the setting we set it to. There weren’t too many late night delivery options around here for a Friday night which I was surprised about, but we ended up ordering Papa John’s and they delivered right to our hotel door and it was delicious. (Maybe I should write a review for them too lol) Overall this was a good place for us to stay the night last minute. If we had to I would stay here again.

This hotel is a major dump and in disrepair. The drain in the bathroom was damaged and I nearly sliced my foot open, the air conditioner was broken and constantly blew humid air and worst of all, mold was present in the bathrooms filling the room full of a strong mildew smell. Not sure that this establishment deserves any more than 1 star…

Arguably the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Recently planned a trip & chose this hotel because it was «close» to Love Field. Called hotel prior to making reservations to confirm the had shuttle service to the airport & if parking was available at the hotel, both of which they said they did. Shuttle service began at 5:00 — 5:05. Perfect, our flight left at 6:30. When we checked in to the hotel, the employee told us that «technically» we weren’t allowed to leave our car there but not to worry about it. That kinda worried me. The was clean, beds were very uncomfortable. We made it downstairs about 10 minutes til 5:00. At 5:10, the guy at the front desk got a call saying the shuttle was running late, «5 minutes or so.» I asked how long it took to get to the airport & was told «12 minutes»…how is 12 minutes «close» to the airport? Now it’s 5:20 & still no shuttle. He kept assuring us that the shuttle would arrive «any minute» 5:30, no shuttle. We go to leave & are in our car when the shuttle pulls up, so we go ahead & get on. The entire group from the hotel tell him we’re in a hurry, he doesn’t even acknowledge us. He then proceeds to stop at a nearby hotel to see if anyone there needs a shuttle. Thankfully Love Field is a small airport & we got through security quick. Upon our return, we call the hotel for the shuttle back & are told that we weren’t allowed to leave our car at the hotel & that it had more than likely been towed…& they wouldn’t send a shuttle for us. We paid a driver to take us there & thankfully our car was still there. Terrible customer service.

Here’s the update after checkout. Almost downgraded to one star. The only save here was the comfy bed. We stayed for two nights total. NO MAID SERVICE on the middle day. No «do not disturb» sign on the door so what’s the deal? I have also added a couple pics that showcase the lack of attention to detail.
I also talked with a couple of other guests who were very disappointed and had some pretty big problems during their stay — mostly relating to, in my opinion, employees that don’t care. This goes back to the lack of customer service training. There didn’t seem to be any sense of responsibility, ownership, or concern with doing a really great job. All in all, a bit disappointing and nothing to raise the experience to anything above the standard operating procedure of below average guest care. Sorry guys, swing and a miss.

Two stars for the comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately there were just too many things that lost stars to make this review positive.
I get it. The pool closes at 11pm and breakfast is served until 9:30am. Schedules are important, and rules are in place for a reason. These concepts are not lost on me. However, there is something to be said about how the staff chooses to wrap up pool service and breakfast service. Coming in like a SWAT team at 10:58pm while parents are wrapping up kiddos in towels and shouting to an empty pool that the pool closes at 11 is probably not the best approach. Snatching the breakfast items right out from under people (literally, a guy was reaching for a muffin and the lady grabbed it while he was reaching…) and clearing the entire breakfast area BEFORE 9:30am is likely going to appear a bit hostile to some. And spraying chemical cleaners onto the tables next to people who are still eating is definitely going to cause ratings to take a hit from those who don’t like Clorox-​flavored waffles. Breakfast wrapping up at 9:30am is fine. Having the staff marching in like a platoon of soldiers going into a battle is not.
My kiddo was super excited about the indoor pool. He swam at night after we checked in and again the following morning before we checked out. It was during the morning swim that I saw the condition of that water. Has it EVER been treated? There’s a mysterious blue hue to it, but don’t be fooled. If you can’t see your feet in 3 feet of water, that is pretty questionable. It looked like blue milk. The flooring for the indoor pool is not appropriate. I saw no fewer than 4 children slip and fall and one parent nearly lose it just while walking to one of the chairs. The towels are situated in a high splash zone and were damp. Maybe they should be relocated to the corner where it is less likely they will get wet from pool activity.
There are far too many options for an overnight (or longer) stay in Dallas for me to ever consider choosing this place again.

My boyfriend and I spent thanksgiving night at Baymont Inn, and we enjoyed our stay, though short. The main reason for staying here was to be close to the restaurant we made Thanksgiving dinner reservations for, Smoke, which conveniently was right next door.
The room was tidy, the entire grounds well maintained and very interesting, and there was a neat pool. I’m sure if it wasn’t 50 degrees that night, I’d have taken a dip. The internet worked, there was plenty on TV, but we didn’t spend much time in the room that night.
I would recommend to anyone who likes views, bars in the hotel and in the restaurant next door, and no free breakfast.

Didn’t spend too much time (just needed a night to rest) at the hotel but long enough to have a good chat with the front desk lady, deal with our hotel key not working (which got frustrating but was fixed after reprogramming), and having tar-​tasting coffee in the morning before leaving. Room was clean and I enjoyed the fitness center.

Great hotel.
Check-​in was very easy. Front desk manager was very professional and polite.
Got up to the 2^nd floor walked into the room smelled very fresh and clean.
The pool and business are looked well maintained.
Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Baymont 4 times over the course of 4 months. They have a contract with a program that I was in so this was the recommended hotel. After 4 times at this hotel I switched to a different hotel which was infinitely better for just $ 10 more a night. Here are some of the issues that we had with the hotel:
1. Dirty — there was something under the bed that remained under the bed a month later. So obviously they don’t clean under the beds.
2. Internet was spotty at best.
3. POOR Management: Over and over again. I even had a confrontation with someone at the desk. Numerous miscommunications.
4. We were charged an extra $ 10 ea night for a third person in the room. Well I found out that other people from our group were upgraded for free to suite with a couch bed. Why did they never think to offer us this upgrade when we were paying extra on top of it?! After I switched to another hotel we had 3 ppl for no additional cost and a real suite.
5. The breakfast was not good. Worst coffee and runny eggs.
In the Baymont’s defense they really tried to accommodate their guests. I had some good experiences or else I wouldn’t have stayed there 4 times BUT my money can definitely be spent better elsewhere without the headache and negative experiences.
Go somewhere else and you will have a better experience and get more bang for your buck.

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel. Got a great deal through
so I couldn’t pass it up for such a short stay. It’s easy to miss the hotel because of its location. The lobby was nicely done and modern. The room is your basic hotel setup, nothing special. The beds were horrendous. I didn’t get any sleep because it was really uncomfortable. The breakfast could have been left downstairs, but the blueberry muffin was good. For 1 night I guess you could get by if you can handle a hard bed. It was clean, quiet, and right off the highway. Based off the beds I will find somewhere else to stay next time.

We booked this hotel the night before a flight out of Dallas Love Airport. I had credits with the booking company we used so this only costed us $ 23 for the night. The sum everything up… I wouldn’t pay more than $ 25 for this room because of the cockroaches. The room seemed to be clean but we found several roaches. I will not stay here ever again and YOU shouldn’t either.

This property was pitched to me as a 3 star hotel and rest assured, this is NOT a 3 star hotel.
I just stayed here for a week and it wasn’t bad.
There Fitness Facility was actually worth going down to get a work out in.
The pool is small and even though it’s in doors, it still sucks.
Free HOT breakfast every day was choice, 4 sure dude! ;-)
Rooms were nicely upgraded (The LCD TV’s in the rooms can easily be connected to your laptop)
Plenty of free parking.

Got a room in this hotel through
– the amazing app that hooks you up with affordable rooms the night of your arrival. I was coming to town for a friends’ wedding, then staying for work and didn’t want to spend too much $ considering I’d only be sleeping there (and subsequent hotel nights were paid for by work).
Baymont Inn & Suites isn’t terribly close to downtown, but was only a 10 minute drive to Union Station where the wedding happened. The front desk people were nice, I got early check in and late check out. The room was clean, nicely appointed, quiet and well-​cared for. Parking seemed safe, lot was well lit during my return at 1am, and I couldn’t hear neighbors.
The wireless internet worked great for my purposes and even though my fiancé wondered if I got a cheap hotel room because they had to remove the crime tape first, I was pleased to say that was not at all the case.
If the need occurred again, I’d be back for sure.

If you need internet during your trip then this is not then place to stay.
I stayed here for four nights and not one night I had good internet, is either not working or I would get log off after 10 mins of usage, I ended up going somewhere else just to do my work. Front desk was helpful with my questions but no help getting it working. I rather they charge me for stable internet then free crappy internet.
Breakfast is the same for four days but it’s free so I can’t complain. Maid didn’t replace shampoo so I only use 1 bottle for 4 days, that’s saving! I was already fed up with their internet I didn’t want to call for other things.
Pool looks nice but there were many kids swimming at all times.
Parking was easy for all four nights.

For this price, you’re unlikely to find a more optimal hotel in Dallas. I was stranded in the city and didn’t feel like dropping upwards of $ 80 for the night. But I also wanted a clean room and comfortable bed. This Baymont location was easy to book and I slept very well through the night. My room was in excellent shape and the staff were quite helpful. The location isn’t too desirable if you’re not coming from the airport, but the Green Line is only a ten minute walk away — provided you’re cool with running across several lanes of angry traffic!
