I live several miles from this hospital, but I have always had good experiences at Baylor. When I suspected I was having heart problems, I headed to the Baylor emergency room and they were amazingly efficient and caring.
This was on the day before the 4th of July, so the staff was most likely looking forward to a holiday, yet they gave me the attention and expertise I have come to expect with Baylor. Once I was diagnosed, they had me in a room in just under an hour.
The staff and facilities are best in class from my viewpoint and surprisingly even the food was appealing and well prepared. More like room service than hospital fare.
Can’t say enough about this place. They are great!
