This review is solely for the registration and scheduling portion of getting in here.
At first I was a bit irritated because I had called the scheduler while she was out on lunch on Monday and did not get a call back. I called about 30 mins before they closed, and April was very helpful. She got me scheduled in as soon as she could and put me on the list to be called if there were any cancellations.
I got a phone call first thing Tuesday morning at 830 am to let me know there was an available appointment at 1. I couldn’t make that one. She told me she would keep me on the list. I got a call this morning (Wednesday) at 930 to let me know there was an available spot at 130. Of course I jumped on that available spot. I don’t think it would happen that fast again!
When I spoke with April initially, I let her know how much I really wanted to get back to work. (It was kind of important that I get back as soon as possible). She was great!
Registration was quick too. I got here earl to sign paperwork and everyone has been very helpful. Now I’m just waiting to see my physical therapist (also name April).
Another review will be made after that!
I recommend this place. They really want to help you get back to your day routine as quick as possible!
