Bank of America

This is my favorite BofA location. The staff is always very cheerful and personal. Banking here is easy because the bankers are so sincere.

IThis location NEVER has enough staff on. You will wait if you go inside. No drive up windows :(.

Garbage. Went in to add fiancé to my account and had one couple ahead of us in waiting area. After 40 minutes I went to see what was taking so long. I saw one employee helping the couple ahead of us and another employee on the phone. I went to the bulletproof teller window that had 3 tellers to see if there was anyone else that could help us. They told me there was not anyone else. They asked if I wanted to make a future appointment. Really? Way under staffed. There were 2 customers plus myself in the entire building and I need to make an appointment? For what, in case you get slammed with business and 3 customers walk in. Or gosh. How about 4 customers? oh no better call for help from another branch.
