I was in a hurry to get my driving record for the past 5 years from AZ DMV. When I Googled AZ DMV driving history for the past 5 years,
came up on the AZ DMV website, and very large. I wasn’t sure if this was a feature offered by the DMV because it was so predominantly on their website. They charged me $ 50 dollars for my driving record to be emailed to me asap. I then realized after giving them my card # and getting the emailed information that I fell for their marketing ploy. The diving record was only for the past 3 years and was not accepted by my new employer. So I plan to call the company tomorrow to try and get my money back and will still have to stand in that painfully long line at DMV. Based on what I am reading it does not look promising. I also received absolutely no information pertaining to my personal background so do not waist your money fokes

I went to their website to perform our usual company background check and there is a form to fill out right on their homepage titled, «Run my background check». After filling this form out «US AliasSEARCH» was automatically chosen for me as a report to be purchase with no details on what that includes or leaves out.
Once the search was ran the website states that they would need a few hours to a few days to complete the requested report. Meaning their «instant report» claim is false. The report was submitted at 5:22pm and the «completed» report was ready for me to review at 7:24pm. So still fairly quick, but definitely not instant.

stated that nothing was found, however after running the same information on another background check website a large number of items were found. After numerous emails explaining their lack of transparency on their website, they still would not admit that the services they provided were flawed. Below is an example of an email I sent to them, with some information edited out with «*»:
“I was explained by one of your staff members that the search I «chose» was one that only searches the database versus a comprehensive search. When I went onto your website there was no option to add on any comprehensive search and the «US AliasSEARCH» was the one that was automatically chosen for me. Had you given an option or a more detailed description of this, then I would have been able to choose the comprehensive search versus wasting my money on what now has been a very unsatisfactory report. The other website we searched found **********, including **********, that should have been included in the report you provided for us. I respectfully request a full refund, as the report provided for us, did not include any information except for what we already entered in.“
In the end we paid $ 83.40 for a report that contained absolutely nothing that it should have.
is a very decptive company and would urge anyone who is doing a background check to stay away from this website.

Charged me $ 50 for a driving record. DMV had incorrect info on file so I didn’t get my report. They kept blaming me for the error. No refund, no help pointing me in the right direction. Thanks a lot guys.
