Avondale Parc

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. I put a service request on Saturday the maintenance team came to my apartment the same date and fix it that was really awesome. Avondale Parc at Bellmar is a wonderful place to live. Close to my favorite places. They have a Cares program in this community.

As a former resident of the wonderful Avondale Parc Apartments I feel it is my duty to inform the public how dangerous this apartment and the general area truly are. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. The management company is called Knightvest and «gentrification» is their game. Unfortunately new appliances and a fresh coat of paint will not keep you safe from the criminals that roam the apartments. The gates never work and the grounds are poorly kept (i.e beer bottles in the common areas, dog feces on all grassy areas, and pot holes in all areas of the apartment.) I did not feel safe walking to get my mail if it was anytime after 6pm. The aroma of marijuana and the sounds of subwoofers coming from the oh-​so-​inviting drug dealers sitting in the parking lot made leaving my home even more terrifying. The management team is incredibly crooked and will nickel and dime you every chance they get. They «lost» my rent check and charged me late fees. Management does not take responsibility when they are clearly in the wrong. One of their favorite tactic’s when they have messed up is to yell at resident’s to defer from the fact they messed up. so classy. I broke my lease four months into my lease. It left my bank account empty but I felt my life was worth more than their ridiculous fees and terrifying living quarters. Thank God I left when I did, last week Avondale was in the news for a shooting between the police and a criminal. BEWARE OF AVONDALE PARC
