I have taken my car here twice now and both times have gone great. They get the job done quick and right.

This is the second time I’ve brought my car here and I have never left unsatisfied. First time was just for an alignment, it was done quickly and for a great, reasonable price. Today was a tune up. They squeezed me in and got it done quickly and for less than I expected! I will definitely be taking my car back for other things and recommend them to friends and family.

Very pleased with the customer service and job done. After having terrible experiences with three different VW «specialty» shops, I will be taking my Passat here first from now on.

Just moved to the area. Very happy to find a reliable shop like Auto Clinique. I compared 3 quotes and decided to go with them even though they are the furthest. Brian was professional, responsive, and patient with my questions. Will go back to them in the future.

I have been to these guys twice. Once to get my engine light turned off. And, the second time to get a full tuneup and oil change. Both times I was given a ride back home to wait for my car to get fixed. Everyone is always very courteous. I think I have found my mechanic in Dallas.

After being involved in a hit a run collision, i went to Unilocal for help. After finding Auto Clinique i was very happy and had no worries of choosing this place for repairs. There are very helpful reviews and good ratings for this place. When I took my car in, Mike was very polite, professional and helpful.
Almost every panel of my drivers side had dammage: front door, side mirror, back door, quarter panel and bumper and tailight. As usual the insurance company gave us the run around for repairs and cost, the guys here still kept me informed and almost worry free. When I would call for updates Alex was very helpful and made sure i kept pushing the insurance company to pay up. After about a month and two repair estimates, i finally got my car back, cost for repair was about $ 4100.00. Of course after repairs my car looked better and at first look i was happy.
The reason I’m only giving them three stars is because after noticing a few things about the repairs, they seemed annoyed. First it was my bumper one side, left side, is buckled under tailight. There response was, «it’s not that bad». Second they only replaced the skins to my doors on right side. Which i figured with the amount of money paid you could just replace the entire door. I accepted that only the skins were replaced, but every time my doors close it makes a loud sound and echoes through the car. There response was that’s how it is when you replace car parts. Totally unacceptable, no that’s not how it is. After mentioning it to them someone told me they would have to charge me to take it apart and put the sound deadner in. Another response was, we didn’t take anything out it’s in there, unacceptable. They made me feel like i didn’t know what I was talking about and that they were annoyed with me.
The reason why I know about the sound deadner and bumper being buckled was because i took it in for a second opinion. My car is a 2014 Malibu with only about 9000 miles, like everyone i just want good work and done right. I really feel they had my car for such a long time, enough time to put more detail into the work. One comment made to me from Ryan was, our standard is to fix the car so the normal person doesn’t see the flaws in the repairs. I’m a normal person who did notice them.
I really was hoping that everything would be OK, why wouldn’t it. I found this place on Unilocal with great reviews. SMH note to self don’t always trust Unilocal!Beware please do your research on auto body repairs, standards and cost.

This a an honest shop! I came in on a rainy Saturday with a line dragging off the back of my dripping wet Jeep. I didn’t know what it was but hoped they would look at it. Not only did Brian look at it, he explained what it was, did a quick repair and sent me on my way.
I will definitely give my future business to them. They are great!

Just moved into town. Before I found a reliable mechanic my engine light turns on. So I took a risk, not really knowing much about them, and am happy to report that they are officially our go to people.
Brian at the front was super helpful. Diagnosed spark plug coil had died and replaced it and the same day, as well as gave good tune up.

This place is awesome, people that work there are extremely friendly… Type of people that will talk your ear off, but they also do great work. Just moved to the area and just stumbled on this place. I work in a nearby office and they were able to fix my car and get me back on the road by 5.
Will be returning for all necessary work.

Honest, quick, awesome work. Take it from someone who’s had good and awful experiences at other shops. The guys here know what they’re doing and are always willing to work with you on the best deal for your repairs.

For the first time I have found an auto shop that I trust not to rip me off. Brian was great and walked me through everything that was wrong with my car. He was very honest and let me know that I could drive for another 10,000 miles before some of the things would have to be fixed. Not at all like the dealership that made me feel like the repairs were urgent and who were going to charge me double for the same repairs.
I recommend auto Clinique whole heartedly. Excellent service with fair prices.

I had a situation with a minor repair that Auto Clinique worked hard to resolve and make sure I was not just getting a repair, but that I was satisfied with their service. I will be bringing my vehicle here first for all of my automotive needs, no question.

Gotta give big thanks to my goto place for maintaining my truck. Had an unexpected issue pop up with my breaks and they were able to get me in and out really fast in spite of an all ready busy load of cars being worked. Always honest, friendly and really knowledgable. Definitely a good place to go for auto repair!

The guys are here a straight forward, friendly, and helpful. When you talk to Brian at the front he makes you feel welcome to ask questions without making you feel stupid. I’ve never been to a mechanic that charged for half an our of service. I’ll be recommending them and their service to friends and co workers for sure, and I’ll be taking my car to them for any future work that it might need.
Forgot to mention that their quote was $ 400 less than what the Honda dealership quoted. Cha-​Ching!

I really love this place. It was referred to me by one of my co-​workers and now a bunch of us take our vehicles there. They are not overpriced, very honest, and my car is always ready when they say it would be. And that right there is amazing since I know that they have a lot of customers. Their customer service is top notch (thank you, Brian!) and I’m really grateful to have had found them!

My experience was great here. I brought my aging Saturn in knowing I was up against a high dollar repair – a clutch replacement. The good folks of Unilocal steered me toward Auto Clinique – and little did I know there was a gem of a repair shop right down the street from my office.
I really appreciated the attention to detail that these guys had each step of the way. They explained to me exactly what work was being done and offered to replace multiple parts, since the transmission already needed to be dropped and additional parts wouldn’t add much labor costs. I also received an accurate estimate, as well as an estimate for the bare minimum of work I could have had done (and an explanation of what future risks that could entail).
I didn’t feel pressured into a quick decision. In fact, after getting my initial quote (about $ 1600), they were patient enough to let me sleep on it. I didn’t get any of the «you’re going to get in an accident and die if you don’t get this done» speeches that I get so frequently at other shops.
I also received accurate updates on the progress on my vehicle when I called to check up, and it was done when they said it would be.
I can’t think of any reason not to go back to Auto Clinique.
Oh, one more thing. Their hold recording on the phone is NOT some dreadful, poor quality classical music that makes your blood pressure rise. It’s an actual reminder of their commitment to service and not irritating.

This guys are great! Car had battery problems for a while. I knew it was the alternator after battery was replaced. They fixed my alternator and now I’m happy!

Great people, great prices, and excellent service. I’ve never had to take my vehicle back for the same problem, and services are performed quickly. #1 recommendation to friends and family!
