I came to them with what I thought was a lost cause and they saved the day. They helped me make my mom’s Christmas! Thank you Michael for your willingness to help out and not think I was a total crazy person. I had them frame a picture of my parents, the cover of her book, and a metal key. They did it quickly and impeccably. I am so grateful for you guys!

Best framing shop we have ever been to. Christine the owner really knows her framing. She always recommends the best frames for each of our pieces. Workmanship is always great. We recommend this place to all of our friends. Don’t go anywhere else!
We recently had a large piece frame as we were going to move to Austin but we wanted to have it done here since we love this shop. When we told Christine, she offered to have it packed for moving for no extra charge, what great service!

I was en route to D/​FW Airport and needed a poster tube stat. I stopped in this place to ask if they sold them. There happened to be one lying on the counter. «I’m looking for a tube to transport a poster in,» I said – «like that one there.»
«We don’t sell them, but you can have this one,» the lady said.
I offered to pay for it, but she refused! Thank you, nice lady!
If they’re that nice and that unwilling to extort a hapless traveler on something like that, then I’m sure they’re just as honest on bigger things. And I’m betting they’re pretty good with the framing.
So, Dallasites: Go there and reward this nice lady with some business! Tell her Poster Tube Man sent you!

Great customer service! I use them for both my work and personal use and have never been disappointed. I have yet to walk in when they haven’t remembered my name and exact order. Both large and small pieces have always looked great, with a fine attention to the details. Likewise, my pieces have all held up immaculately– even a deteriorating unwrapped canvas I had that was on the verge of falling apart. Art and frame expo saved it and it looks great and didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Wow! We had a «framing emergency» come up and they were able to cut mats for me in the same day. This will definitely be the go-​to place for me when I have emergency’s in the future.

I brought in two pieces of my uncle’s art to frame. I am clueless about art and framing, so I asked the man at the counter for recommendations. The shop had some art for sale, and it seemed like the man who worked there was an artist (I think he had some paint on him). The shop seemed a little chaotic, but I actually liked that for some reason. Don’t let that deter you. It doesn’t represent to the quality and professionalism of the work, which was very high.
The pieces were ready in a week, and they did a flawless job. The frames go perfectly with the pieces; I was very pleased with the selection. I’ve never had anything framed before, so not sure how their prices compare to others. I think it was reasonable at 50% off the second framed piece. I will certainly go back if I decide to frame something in the future. I recommended to my parents and they framed some of my uncle’s art there too.

Art and Frame Expo is my «go to» framer. The entire staff has a great eye for what works and what does not and they will tell you the «why“s of a particular frame not being suitable. The pricing is the best I’ve found. The turnaround is fast and they always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and you want to be a return customer! I will not take my frameables anywhere else in the whole wide world. Christine helped us with none large vintage prints of downtown Dallas and surrounding areas. We needed them matted and framed for a law office. She did an amazing job schooling us on how to bring out the right colors to match our furniture etc.
Art & Frame guarantees the lowest price in town… no gimmicks. They had the job done in a week and they wrapped them up so they wouldn’t get damaged during the bumpy car ride down Greenville Ave. and Ross.
This could not have gone any better unless they’d given it to us for a designers discount due to the volume of the order… oh wait… they did that too! Amazing.
