I had some problems when I went to take advantage of the 2 pairs of eye glasses for $ 69 deal, but after discussing the issues I had with Andrew (the manager), he went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure I was happy.

This place has an amazing atmosphere. When you walk in everyone is just polite and ready to help you out. The prices are far lower than other competitors. Before I went to Americas best contacts — I went to Visionworks. Visionworks is expensive in comparison because the eye exam is around $ 100 — Americas best contacts and eyeglasses has a FREE exam but I think it’s with a purchase of inexpensive glasses or contact. Overall if you come here — they will help you with kindness and fair prices — but don’t take my word for it, check for yourself: P

The quality that I can see is great but the welcome was a little off I step through with my wife and the intake person named Claudia just ignores me all together even after my wife informs her y hat the appointment is for me… I could understand if I were 4 ft 3 and 10 yrs old then yes this must my mother but I’m 5.7 and 38 yrs old… greet everyone that walks into the door not who you choose… terrible first impression. thanks Claudia (sarcastically)

I am pleased to say that I am editing this review after talking with the manager. She got in touch with me and we talked over the phone and she was very professional and getting to the bottom of the issue good customer service. After a 15 minute conversation and she was very professional and I am very pleased to say that we came to an agreement and they will see me, I am pleased with the results and I am very thankful for her professionalism and the way she handled this. This is what I call a good manager who knows how to run a business.

I found this by accident leaving Target and knew I was overdue for an eye exam. It was so easy making my appt online for the next day. The facility is very clean, nice staff and a good selection of glasses. Dr Nguyen was fantastic in my complicated exam. I’ve paid much more for far less. I’ve always had a complicated prescription and she checked and rechecked to get it perfect. I love their «club» as a contact wearer with free exams for 3 Years. I also ended up with 2 very stylish glasses. I highly recommend them. I’m so happy they’re in my neighborhood.
