I really enjoyed the sandwiches catered from Alonti. I got to try a Tiger Thai the other day and I loved the flavors. Of course they carry the normal sandwiches like Ham or Roast Beef, but I think if you’re ordering sandwiches for your group, you should try some of their more unique sandwiches like the Tiger Thai or Tuscan. They’re always moist, flavorful, have a good mix of veggies, and there’s a bag of chips and a cookie in every package.(I honestly don’t care about the cookie. It’s basically an over-sweet chocolate chip cookie. On the other hand, the chips complement the sandwich well.) I’m tempted to give it 5-stars but it’s really not that much better than most catered food, and I’m not aware of their bulk/university pricing.

My place of work used Alonti for a catered boxed lunch event, and as someone who just did all the eating, I thought the food quality and taste was fantastic. I had an ancho pulled brisket wrap, which had pulled brisket seasoned in a southwestern spicy ancho chili sauce, caramelized onions, pepperjack(?) cheese, avocados, black bean and corn, and lettuce. It was really yummy and the wrap itself was very big… I could only eat half and felt stuffed. It also came with a bag of kettle style chips and a big cookie. Each meal was individually packaged in a neat little box. However, that also meant you didn’t get to choose your flavor of chips or cookie. Some boxes had peanut butter cookie, while others had double chocolate fudge cookie, or some had jalapeño chips and some had regular chips, for example.
