History

Established in 2004.

We started in the residential roof industry in Dallas in 2003 with a partner, the late DK Witt. He was a great friend and mentor, being in this industry for over 30 years. We wanted to grow the business so we started AQS in October of 2004 to do just that. We started with our focus on residential roofing and expanded our services offerings to many different areas such as improving attic ventilation which is basically cooling off the attic to help the air conditioning system work better in our hot months.

We also started selling custom chimney caps which helps to protect your chimney from both water damage and critters.

As part of the roofing business we install new skylight domes as well.

We also have continue to remodel homes.

Manager

Larry started in the IT industry. He worked his way up to a Director role managing up to 150 people on his team. When an industry slow down occurred in 2002, he decided to start his own business. That was the beginning of AQS. He enjoys all aspects of the business and wants to make sure our customers get the best education possible to be make the best informed decisions on their home. Then to deliver the best possible services and products to improve your home in as many ways as possible.
