I am a huge believer in the power of chiropractic care and Dr. Rey is one of the very best in the business! I so appreciate his attention to adjust and address the source vs just sending you home with some pain pills or worse yet suggesting surgery! His entire staff is so friendly, so accommodating and I have sent clients and friends to him and they all rave about his care and attention! I highly recommend him if you have any pain or discomfort.

Dr. Rey is more than a chiropractor. He is a man who cares. He listens, he asks questions, he remembers my progress and follows up with me. He truly cares about the my health and our doctor patient relationship. He has the gift of healing. I highly recommend if you have pain go see Dr. Rey.

I’ve used chiropractic for years for the health benefits of keeping everything in line and working well. I REALLY like Dr. Adorable’s adjustment. The best way to describe it is as «dramatic». It is distinctly different and feels great. The results really last!

I believe that chiropractic and acupuncture treatment real work, which is why I have been going to a chiropractor for almost 20 years! I love going to Dr. Rey because I get treated for headaches and upper back pain and I get instant relief from my adjustments. It’s hard to find a good chiropractor that is trustworthy and that really knows what they are doing. I would say that he is the best chiropractor in the DFW area. I don’t know what I would do without him!

The staff here is so friendly & helpful. Dr. Rey is so knowledgable and has been in business for over 30 years. He helped me to lose weight & with his helpful instructions I have managed to keep it off. I am looking forward to learning more about his acupuncture and the many different ways it can help me. I will recommend Dr Rey and his many different services including Chiropractic to all of my friends & relatives!

He’s great with necks

If I could scream obscenities and give it a NEGATIVE star, I would. HORRIBLE customer service– they were rude and very UNHELPFUL.
FIRST OFF, let me mention that I’ve been to this office SEVERAL times already within the past few years and really enjoyed their services (I always got the medical massages offered). Even despite getting the vibe that this medical office is «money hungry» and snooty, I went anyways. Even my friend who referred me to this clinic mentioned he stopped going because the services and quality were lacking but I thought well. actually who knows what I was thinking!
The situation that occurred. They began offering groupons for their massages. $ 29 for a fantastic massage that’s typically $ 75?! Heck yeah! BOTH my fiancé and I purchased them. Fast forward to today– the day my appointment is scheduled for, I had a BAD feeling they weren’t going to honor it despite the fact the expiration was 2÷27÷2013. I called an hour before my massage and told the receptionists I had a groupon and that I wanted to confirm that with her. She said YES, WE TAKE GROUPONS. Great. Less than 20 min later a get a call from the office from another lady and she says, «I’m sorry ma’am. We no longer accept groupon.» I’m perplexed. It has your clinic listed. Your number listed. It’s BEFORE the expiration. The reception said you guys did. She said it was only for new patients. AGAIN, that was NO WHERE on the groupon.
Apparently, because they weren’t making any money off of it (which they stated themselves. They made it a point to say that they got NOTHING out of honoring the groupons) they decided to stop honoring it TWO WEEKS AGO. How unprofessional is that?! It goes beyond my appointment. I’m not the only person this has happened too. Then I asked for a refund and she tells me that we don’t give refunds unless we perform the service. Well how the f*%k are you going to do that if you don’t honor the groupon?! They can’t even speak English correctly.
WELL, then I speak to the manager. :insert vulgar language: NOT only was she rude in the words she spoke, her tone was belittling, she didn’t listen and she was talking over me. I’m sorry. I thought GOOD customer service was to DEESCALATE the situation– not ESCALATE it. THEN I catch the woman in a lie. She said because they are short staffed that there’s no one there to give me a massage. The masseuse went home sick. WHAT?!? Then HOW did you confirm my appointment 30 min prior to this conversation?! I can ONLY assume its because I purchased the damn groupon.
I WILL NEVER return to this place again and will tell EVERYONE HOW HORRIBLE this place is. They really are a money greedy, lying, UNPROFESSIONAL business.
