My solid state external drive died that contained not only back up information but all of the 2014 and 2015 files regarding my US Navy ship reunion organization. Other data that we did not have anywhere else pertained to my wife’s consulting business. Ace Data Recovery was able to recover everything in a short time period. Deep experience in data recovery! I recently had a Seagate NAS drive that was rendered inaccessible. Best Buy recommended I take it to ACE Data Recovery. ACE ended up having to rebuild the entire drive to access the data. I am extremely pleased with the results now that I can access all my data. ACE was able to lift all the half-​terrabyte of data and copy to a new external hard drive. These guys also do a free diagnostic. However be prepared that data recovery is an expensive proposition. But I highly recommend a local service like ACE.

Excellent service from knowledgable engineers and technicians. They maintained dialogue throughout the recovery process and thoroughly explained the process along with the details of the recovery. Not to mention their office is in a cozy commercial complex with a very home’y feel.

With so much important data I wanted to carefully choose who I would to trust to do this. I called several places locally and out of state and after talking to Don I was convinced that ace was the place. I knew it would be expensive but worth it if 95% of the data was recovered as they promised. It took a little longer than I expected but they were able to recover roughly 99% of my data. It was organized in the same folder structure as it was before the failure on a small little passport drive. I’m very happy. One of the guys there gave me great advice on how I should be backing up my data. There are so many methods at varying expense, he really gave me valuable insight that is best for me.
I now know it’s worth it to spend on a good backup system to avoid going through the stress of seeing your files dissappear. ACE did everything I could ask. I would send my family, friends and co-​workers there.
I was provided with a list of recovered files as well as a list of files that weren’t recovered. However, as they told me, many of the files on the ‘not recovered’ list came back to life on my system. Honestly I don’t think there is a single file that I didn’t get back. I’d call it a full recovery. I even had some lost files on there that had been deleted in the past and had forgotten about. Job well done.

Data Recovery Services is a data recovery business. I have a number of friends that want to know where they can take their unrecoverable data to get worked on and here is a great starting point. They are located in the back of what looks to be an apartment complex with the drive way of brick work.
Do not let that fool you, very professional folks here on site. Opening the door into the make shift from condo style place, it had been converted into a professional style business. Dropped off a damaged hard drive, weeks later picking it up with data on a USB flash drive and the dead hard drive, ease of mind were rest assured.
These folks seemed to really know what they were doing. In short, my friends back up your data and make a back up of that, but if things go wrong here is a great direction to count on.
Would I come back and use Data Recovery Services, yes I would.

ACE saved all my baby pictures of my son from a USB drive that had snapped in two. It’s a sad story of how that happened, but needless to say, I really wanted to recover those pictures.
The ACE office is at the back of an office complex that looks like apartments. They took a couple of days to look at it and then sent me a quote. It was too expensive for me, and so I sadly told them thank you, but I couldn’t go forward with the project.
Then they told me of another option, which is to allow their in-​training data repair specialist to work on the project as a training project. That got me a big discount, and put it in the affordable range. The discounted plan would take several weeks, but that was fine with me as I was in no hurry.
The data was given back to me on a cd and I am ever so grateful for it! I do recommend bringing your data recovery projects here.
