I learned the business of furniture restoration as an understudy to a Scottish gentlemen who owned a shop in Dallas. At first this was just a job that helped pay the bills while in college at University of Texas at Dallas studying Business Administration. I grew such a passion for helping people realize their furniture projects that upon completion of college I realized it was time to spread my wings and utilize all of the fine tools the Scottish teacher instilled in me. Aaron’s Touch Up and Restoration was created in 2005 and quickly became the industry leader for furniture restoration and kitchen cabinet refinishing.
