7-Eleven

Not my favorite 7 – 11 but the one close to my house. This one is slow and products are good but you don’t feel that way. The clerks don’t have any personality. But they have what you need if you are near by

This 7-​Eleven annoys me. First of all, they are never in a hurry in the morning. Everyone who is there early in the morning is probably on their way to work but they are so relaxed as if to say, «You should have left on time.» Then, if you pay with a ten or twenty, they complain with, «Do you have anything smaller?» Though it’s a convenience store, I often wonder whether it’s designed to be convenient for me or them!
One winter, I started pumping gas and then got in my car. Soon, a guy ran to my car and pointed out the gas was going onto the ground. When I complained to the clerk, he said there was nothing wrong with the pump auto shut off and told me I didn’t know how to pump gas.
If you have a job where you keep gas receipts, skip this station. You won’t get a receipt. The few times I have been able to tell the machine I want a receipt, it tells me it is out of paper and I need to go inside. Convenient, right?
They have a very limited breakfast selection in comparison to other 7-​Elevens. They do have those expensive 2/​$ 1 bananas though!
