Handy Matt Handyman Services

Jack of all trades! I bought a fixer upper house over a year ago, and thought I was more handy than I actually was. Matt has been a great help taking care of any task I was uncomfortable doing myself due to lack of knowledge. These are just a few of the tasks he’s accomplished for me at my new home; sealing up the wood on my deck, developing/​planting flower beds, replacing siding, and improving aesthetics all around the outside and inside of my home. He’s really good at repourpising materials you may already have, which really saved me quite a bit of money. You the man Matt!

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt for over 8 years. He has been an outstanding employee and fellow co-​worker, an irreplaceable part of volunteer efforts for raising money for Hemlockfest, and now has started his own business and is one of my favorite contractors! He has a work ethic that impresses the best and busiest. An attention to detail and a strive for success that leaves you wanting for nothing at the end of his job. He has already done several smaller jobs for me, woodworking and minor repair; this week he took on fixing a commercial ice machine. With dedication to delivering a great outcome, he basically fixed it faster and for a good a lot less than others that I have worked with for years (machine had been down for over a week with no resolution in sight when he started; he had it running in two days to include part delivered). I am now confident that there is no job too small or too big for Matt… if he says he can do it, it will be done, at a fair and reasonable rate, with your complete satisfaction as important as the invoice.

Have had Matt deliver and spread wood chip mulch on our veggie gardens and he did a great job! Also had a plumbing leak and he was able to repair it quickly and in an affordable manner. he also repaired the large hole we had to cut out of the exterior of our home to get to the plumbing. Dependable and affordable.
