Fantastic little shop!
Firstly, you can sample all of the olive oils and balsamics which is just fab because it helps you to get a feel for what you think you may like. Also — each type of oil/​balsamic includes a description as well as a recommended serving method (i.e. — great for ceviche or would be great on salad, etc)
And the shop staff are friendly and helpful which is always appreciated!

TAKE IT UP A NOTCH!
If you love exotic vinegars and infused olive oil, this little shop is perfect for you. It has an extensive collection of balsamic vinegars and oil that can be sampled. The owner was very helpful in giving us information and ideas about blending various oils and vinegar together to obtain unique flavors. There is printed information available to give you specific ideas about blending and using the products.
This place is absolutely and can be very overwhelming. I think that you have to do your research before hand and bring a specific list of what you are interested in trying or you will be lost and will spend a lot of time just walking in circles. Also after a while, you kind of forget what the products taste like.
If you are planning a barbeque or enjoy grilling, these products are great for marinating your meats and also adding a punch to green salads. They will definitely help you take it up a notch.
