The Reed’s are a dynamic duo to be reckoned with! Their many years in general contracting is exemplified from the moment they arrive … through the assessment & repair process … to their departure which is teamed with no nonsense communication & complete cleanup of their field.
They installed a new refrigerator for us, but not before making a discovery service call. When they left, we weren’t completely sure that a new unit was on the horizon, but Mrs. Reed was clearly working for us for a week or more before contacting us to say that they had the new refrigerator & could install it asap. The Reed’s liaised between the property management company, the owner & us to ensure that effective communication led to a positive outcome for all parties.
Every detail was attended to & even the smallest screw & piece of plastic were cleared away & taken with them. The sliding glass door had to be removed from the rail to accommodate the unit & it was promptly replaced as a final measure to returning the field to as close to how they found it as possible.
The refrigerator works well & they took the time to answer my questions prior to departure.
Mr. & Mrs. Reed clearly take pride in their work… I just wish we had more conscientious, dedicated & skilled professionals like the Reeds… especially for our house in SoCal!
