This place is definitely hit or miss. The drinks are always good when made correctly, but they’ve messed up my orders several times. They are usually okay about changing it, but once or twice there’ll be a barista who will roll their eyes and get mad that you’re making them fix it(um, excuse me but it’s your job). Generally, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but there are those few unprofessional baristas that can make it an unpleasant experience. That aside, it is very clean and has lots of seating available. If ordering inside, it’s(usually) fairly quick. The drive-thru is a bad idea if you’re in a rush, as it’s VERY slow! I find myself here usually once or twice a week because it’s conveniently located on my way to school, but I definitely prefer other locations.

ALWAYS love Bonefish! We have never been disappointed. Well, except when it’s so crowded there is an hour and a half wait!

This place continues to be hands-down, the worst Starbucks when it comes to getting a simple order correct. And with my drink, it’s real simple things. I always ask for light ice and light cream. 8 out of 10 times my cup is full of ice and it looks like they poured half the cup full of milk. The people that make the drinks do not pay attention to what the order specifies. 50% of the time, they are rude when asked to remake it or Beardy McBeard Beard behind the counter tries to argue with you that it is light ice and light cream. As stated in a previous review, this is the closest Starbucks to my house, so unfortunately, it’s usually where I end up going when I’m in a hurry. Most locals who frequent this location all agree that it is a poorly managed establishment with a handful of entitled employees who seem very inconvenienced that they even have to work at all.

Dreadful service. 4 people behind counter doing nothing and yet I had to wait to order coffee and then wait longer to pay someone else.

The staff is nice. Just don’t be in a hurry. You might fall asleep waiting at the window.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Good people amble seating area and the regular Starbucks coffee. Which I am not a huge fan of, but dig the cold brew or the blonde roast when in a punch. Spent a good amount of time at this location since it opened and It has gone through a new design on the inside.

This is my go to location but not sure what has happened here. recently all new staff and they seem a little lost or under trained. Very slow in creating drinks and getting it right. They are very nice though just seems there is a lack of good management.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. Most of the time, it fulfills your Starbucks needs other times not so much. One huge flaw about this Starbucks is the drive thru. It is so slow! I have waited 20 – 30 min numerous times before. I hate how slow it is. It is so inefficient. Sometimes I try to walk in to order my drink, but it is still slow service. I do not mind slow service if my drink was delicious, but this place does not make many of the drinks right. For example, I ordered a passion tea. They had to brew new tea. I don’t mind the wait, but I do mind when you are cheap on my drink. The flavor was so light, I made her make me a new one. This was like the 5th time where I had a issue with this Starbucks. I was so close to emailing the manager, but I decided to give them another chance. Also, my friend complains how the coffee has a faint taste. As a Starbucks goldmember, I am disappointed with this location. I really try to avoid this location if I can, but sadly I work across the street from here. Big plus to their new remodeled store though! It is so much roomier. I am hoping management has gotten better.

I generally love Starbucks and frequent this location fairly often. While overall I will continue to go to this store out of convenience, it is not my favorite Starbucks. Not sure why… but lately the coffee I order from the drivethrough is not HOT! It is only warm… possibly due to the cream being too cold? Anyway… I don’t want to have to nuke my fresh coffee, so please Starbucks, can you make sure the coffee you are serving is hot? On the plus side… the baristas are always very nice and friendly.

I don’t like coffee, but I recently started going to Starbucks, thanks to a friend who introduced me to a drink. For this location, I only use their drive-thru so I’m not sure what its like inside, but my experience has always been good here. My only wish is that they would put in light ice in my drink when I tell them«little to almost no ice». Yet they still put in a scoop of ice, which I end up having to take the majority out myself. Other than that, the staff are always friendly and place looks clean from the outside. 4⁄5.

This is Starbucks, what else can I say so, I’ll say these few things that I do not like about this location… For one thing, the store itself is on the small size. Not nearly enough room not tables nor chairs… In other words, it’s cramped. Green Matcha Latte, even after telling them«no pumps» of the syrup, it still taste like one large sugar-overload. Way too sweet for my liking. The only way that I have found to attempt to counteract the ‘sweetness’ is to ask for extra matcha which does help. Lastly, the outdoor seating is also quite small. Needs more tables and chairs. Because of these three things, I can only give a 3 star rating. And, this is why I only go through the drive thru…

Two stars is generous– bathroom messy with a top button flusher(who puts that in a public bathroom-yuck). And the Espresso was burnt and store just feels dirty, like no one does any deep cleaning before customers come in There was even a suspicious roach-like bug on wall. Won’t go back.

4 stars for the consistently friendly service but 2 stars for the equally as consistent SLOW service. This location as most other Starbucks cannot handle actually having customers, it’s maddening and happens almost every time if you dare to order something other than a coffee. Even then you are stuck waiting on others who did.

Great place as any other usual Starbucks. I was there the other day and was surprised to hear that they even changed someone’s coffee after being fun summed half, because they didn’t like it. That is amazing customer service to me. The baristas at this Starbucks are wonderful. I anyway love Starbucks so can’t say enough good things about it. love it.

Just a normal Starbucks, nothing special. Most annoying thing is that the drive thur is always 5 – 10 cars deep. Takes way too long to get an overpriced coffee. Every time I attempt to go they are always out of treats.

Welcome to service with an attitude! Not only do you have to wait twenty minutes for a simple drink, but when you bring it up after a prolonged wait, the staff get an attitude and then give you a drink that’s dripping went! I wasn’t entertained by the ghetto guy behind the counter singing«Tennessee» repeatedly. I’ll visit again to see if they’re still disgusting.

Let’s talk about customer service… Because this place has got it down! I’ve mentioned my slight coffee addiction in my other posts. I know what the Starbucks experience is suppose to be like. But this afternoon’s experience set a very high bar for my other coffee stops.(Be warned, I’ve had a lot of coffee today…) I was a little grouchy on my ride home to Charlotte from Atlanta. So I decided to stop for coffee, in hopes of cheering up my ride home. When I entered Starbucks, I was immediately greeted with a «hello!» And a smile. Well done. I got in line for my drink. I had a million other things on my mind, placed my order, paid, and waited by the pickup counter. I noticed how much the staff was interacting with the patrons — so sweet, genuine and interested! The man making the coffees asked the woman in front of me how her day was going. And the cashier was chatting up an older couple(clearly charming the pants off of the wife, haha). I noted how nice and refreshing this was — thinking I needed to write it in my review, when Wayne(friendly coffee maker) called my name. As I picked up my grande caramel latte, I knew that I meant to order a venti but(because I had been such a space cadet) couldn’t remember if I had ordered/paid for a venti or a grande. I asked the girl behind the counter what size it was, and she answered«grande» and confirmed that I had ordered and paid for a grande. I said to myself, «Shoot. I definitely meant to order a venti…» And before I knew it, Wonderful Wayne was whipping one up for me. He must have sensed my long day/stressful driving desperation. I left Starbucks feeling taken care of, and cared for! A pleasant and rare find in a corporate anything. Wayne and his crew completely made my afternoon. I’m so glad that I stopped here. I will stop here specifically when I drive 85, and will recommend it to my traveling friends.

This is a pretty good Starbucks location right off of Hamilton Mill at the corner of a shopping strip. A few features that make this location unique: a pretty big outdoor patio area with a few tables to sit at, a drive thru that is pretty on-the-ball, and unfortunately a relatively small dine in area inside with a limited amount of tables and outlets for laptop pluggage. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. I was able to sit and get a few hours of work done while I was in the area spending time with family. I will go back.

«Awww, poor Watcher. Did your life flash before your eyes? Cup of tea, cup of tea, almost-got-shagged, cup of tea?» — Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 6, Episode 1 A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? Mostly true. This one I almost always visit on my way out of town when driving to Charlotte, Asheville, Greenville, etc. I need caffeine for my trips and this is perfect because I have gotten out of Atlanta traffic, but have not gotten far enough to be dying for coffee or tea yet. So this has always been a less than stellar drive-thru experience for me. I always get the SAME guy and he is short with me because I need a receipt(expenses) and he clearly wants to do anything else but help serve coffee drinks. This time I parked and went inside(lesson learned) and man, what a difference. They were slow, but the staff was friendly. I did have to wait behind an employee on break placing an order with all his crazy quirks and the 50 words he had to use to order his crazy iced green tea, but when it was my turn, the guy behind the counter was refreshingly nice and friendly. I don’t have to ask for a receipt anymore thanks to the app, either. Now, I brought in my own cup, and had to give too much direction to the barista to fill it(they always skimp me), but he finally got it after the 3rd time. Overall, this experience saved them from the previous 2-star review they would have gotten.

Weird coincidence that I pull of of I-85 and end up at the same Starbucks that I visited five years ago. It’s still a great location with plenty of space, good wifi and friendly and fast baristas. Their drivethrough is solid.
