Five Guys-Five Stars. This is my favorite burger place. The staff is always friendly and(when not slammed) are always up for awesome conversation. My burger has always been cooked well, they balance the condiments well, and are seriously generous with the fries. I always leave Five Guys full and happy. Five Guys is a bit more expensive than other burger places. That being said, the quality is worth the extra money. With the exception of the time a tour bus unloaded in the store, service is always quick. When the cashiers aren’t working the register they can be seen cleaning the tables, windows, and dinning area. Very clean store. If you’re looking for a good quality burger and fries, this is the place to go.

The Cajun Fries are everything!!! Don’t throw the bag away without looking in the bottom. There are always extra fries! The burgers are made to order. Believe it or not, even when I am really hungry, I order the little cheeseburger and regular cajun fries. Very filling! Oh, and if you like fountain drinks, you will love the selection at Five Guys. There’s Fanta Strawberry(YES!!!), there’s also Fanta Raspberry, etc. You can even get Peach Sprite! Five Guys will remain on my go to lunch list!

Everyone was extremely nice and expedient. I have to say that this is the first Five Guys burger that I did not enjoy. It was overlooked and tough. :(

A very good burger. The fries are definitely a cut above. I really like the vinegar they offer as a condiment. I do wish that they would give you an option for medium rare on the buger. The service is friendly and effecient.

This location has gone downhill in the past few months. I actually found a hair on my bun this past Saturday which was disgusting. I just threw the burger away and vowed ‘never again’ will I go back. I think although the women making the burgers are wearing hats 100% of their hair is not pulled back so it’s Just hanging down while they prepare the food. Also, there was a lady sweeping, which I agree is great in general, right under ppl as they were eating at tables… And it just seemed really rude to me. She also wiped tables with her hands not a towel but her bare hands tight after she touched a trash can, it almost felt like she was trying to run ppl off and rush them while they ate. She waited about three feet from our table while we were packing up the rest of our stuff to leave. Just not the location it used to be.

I love the food at Five Guys, especially the peanuts, Cajun fries and burgers. Other than hot dogs, there isn’t much more than that on the menu. Although my family and I love the food, we don’t visit often because we think it’s way too expensive for what you get. Everything is «ala carte», so by the time you add everything up for a family of four, you’re looking at $ 50 – 60. Our most recent visit was for my son’s birthday and it was his choice to go. We ordered our burgers, a large Cajun fry, a small regular fry, and our drinks. We got the order and the large fry had no Cajun spices on it. I checked my receipt and it did show Cajun, so I carried the fries back to the counter and told them. Their answer was to give me a small container of Cajun spice and a paper bag to shake it all up in. Excuse me? If you’re charging over $ 5 for a large fry you need to take it back and deliver it correctly. Not that big of a deal but I thought it was not good customer service. One other complaint would be the noise level. There is no barrier between the staff and the dining room, and the staff at this location likes to sing and yell at each other. I’m glad they’re enjoying themselves, but the noise level was annoying after a while since we had to yell at each other just to be heard. They do have outside seating if the weather is nice. Bottom line is that food is great if you can afford it and don’t need much variety to please everybody in your party.

Solid burger with excellent fries. I have never been disappointed at any 5 guys I have been to eat. Simply made, not complicated, good burgers. The hand cut fries are always on point. Love me some hand cut fresh french fries..

Always fast and the burgers are great. A little burger is enough for me with all of the toppings that they offer. The fries are meant to be shared, they give you a ton! Well worth the money.

Awesome burgers! Too many fries per order and single patty burger(a junior) is more than enough. Love the sautéed onions and mushrooms along with all the other FREE fixings. Consistently great and munch on peanuts while you wait.

Very good burger. Fries could be a little more salty to be better — kind of plain tasting otherwise. Little pricey though. $ 12 for cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Way too many fries. Could have easily shared with someone else but was here by myself. Give me half the fries at half the price of them and I’d be happier.
