In my personal journey, I have learned you can’t get it all done, but you can certainly make great strides with the «right» help.

I began my corporate dance 15 years ago. Family adjustments or sacrifices were to the extreme and commitments both for work and home had no end. The time had come to seek assistance for a better balance within my home. After the birth of my daughter I searched for a Nanny. One would think after managing staff recruitment and retention as well as training managers for varied companies, hiring a Nanny would be a piece of cake. After review of (75) Nannies none where ideal. What I did find during the search was a much needed business professionalism training for Nannies. Training that will equip Nannies to be one-​step ahead of their families or businesses they work for.

So, I made a decision to resign from the corporate world to found a needed service to train Nannies that in turn provides top talent childcare.
