Chili’s Grill & Bar

Great service! I’ve been here several times and service has always been mediocre or poor. We continue to go to this location dye to convenience purposes but Brandy was great. Our food was also warm and came out quickly. Our app came out probably 2 – 3 minutes before our entrée but overall it was a great visit.

I wish I could give a review much worse then 1 star! I ordered my food to go with the expectation that it would be like every other Chilis and i was sadly mistaken! This will be my last time eating Chilis to go in life! Good luck to those who go!

This is your normal Chili’s experience. Food is good and made as ordered. I sat in the smoking section to avoid the many children in the place. I hate to ahve my meal spoiled by a parent that will not make their child behave in a place. Chili’s is one of the places that you can count on when you want a fast meal.

I’ve eaten at Chili’s twice in the past month… I usually love Chili’s! The one here has gotten terrible. Both visits were awful! First off, I have a 13 month old and we always give her crackers to keep her occupied while waiting for our meal. I was informed that they no longer serve CRACKERS! This is a place that serves soups and salads… and no crackers! Even the tea was bad… way too sweet. I love very sweet tea but even u couldn’t drink the syrup, I mean tea. I then ordered my 23 mth old potato cheese soup. It was served almost BROWN. She took a few bites and made a disgusting face. I tasted it and it tasted like burnt curtled (sp) milk. The waitress said they don’t serve it alot, so there is no telling how long it sat there. Wow! We ordered the skillet cheese dip for an appetizer, and it tasted burnt. I ordered the chicken club tacos and they were horrible as well. Usually my favorite! My son had the grill cheese sandwich, which was very greasy. Last, we ordered dessert. How can you go wrong with dessert? Our brownie was frozen and tasted store bought. Sad to say, that’s the last time I go to my used to be favorite restaurant!

I enjoy Chili’s a lot, and I usually get pretty good service. The service at this one, though, was pretty terrible. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to finally come, and we never got a refill of chips in the beginning. Food was good and came out fine, but the wait wasn’t worth it.

Server we had Rebecca was awful. Repeatedly asked for drink refills, the margarita took 20 minutes for her to get it out. We were the first set of customers for the day, they were already out of several things. It took over an hour to get the order out. It should have been fresh and hot, it was barely warm. Our server was M.I.A. during our meal and had a terrible attitude. On a table of 6 with a $ 100 food bill, the tip, received was zero! Horrible all around.

The food and service was good however seating is tight and no matter how hard they try cannot control smoke from bar. Chill’s Grill treats Veterans excellent and gave us free meal. Shows they care.

Unfortunately this Chili’s is an empty shell of what it once was. This Chili’s is a disappointment.
Waited for 25 minutes for our appetizer that never arrived before we walked out. Not one time did the server check on us during this time. Completely forgotten. Never again.

Stopped here on a cross-​country drive for a basic sit-​down meal. First warning sign was the musty odor (maybe from the smoking section) and the fact that we (myself, spouse, 10 & 7 yr old) were sat in a deserted section of the modestly crowded Resturant. Service was slow and wife’s dish had clearly been made way before the rest of the plates as it was stone cold. Potatoes tasted off. Server forgot kids drinks. Lots of better choices in the immediate area.

When I heard that the group we were getting dinner with chose Chili’s, I was not excited. I looked up nutritional info before going since I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in longer than I can remember… Huge mistake. Pretty much everything here is terrible for you. The table ordered the chips and salsa and I was not impressed… The chips were cold and greasy and the salsa had a weird, almost chemical aftertaste. For my meal I went with what is probably the most ridiculously named item on the menu, the «quesadilla explosion salad»… It was surprisingly delicious. I did ask for the dressings on the side, I don’t trust them not to drown my salad in dressing.
Our waiter seemed sort of overwhelmed by how large our group was… We had twelve people. Our food took absolutely forever to get to us but that’s understandable because we had so many people. Thankfully our waiter kept our drinks coming while we waited.
All in all Chili’s exceeded my (admittedly very low) expectations so I’m giving them three stars.

I’m considered a regular here now. the bar service is always on point and I never have to ask for another beer. food is excellent, hot, and has never taken longer than 20 minutes. this place is hopping on Friday nites, but all staff seem to keep up.

We only came for drinks after shopping after work… they didn’t know how to make a mudslide, which was a first for me, and they were scared to death to put any alcohol in the drinks they DID know how to make. The amount they charge for the drinks is the same as if they contained alcohol. If you have an image to maintain of drinking without getting drunk and of throwing money to bartenders to make yourself look wealthy & popular, then go here! This is your place!

First off, They don’t grill anything here. Ordered the Grilled Salmon with Garlic & Herbs & Spicy Garlic & Lime Grilled Shrimp, these items did not touch a pan or a grill. Second the silverware was dirty, the table was dirty. Will Never come back here. Everrrrr!

We are here and the service is the best I’ve ever experienced! Our son was fussy and tired and as soon as we ordered food his food was out!!! The lady brought it out and kept our drinks filled a the chips and salsa refilled! She was amazing! The manager even came to our table and asked if everything was ok! Everybody at this place was so friendly and nice! Ill def. be back for sure!!! It’s hard to find a place where EVERYBODY was exceptional in customer service and this was def. the place!!!

Cleanliness is Awful! The water jugs have not been cleaned. My kids food had to be returned from hair wrapped around the French fries. Waitress was very understanding and sympathetic but the place quality of cleanliness should be looked over. Hopefully my kid and I won’t get too sick from giving it a shot after eating the refreshed plate! Clean it up!

Our class of six went and sat in the bar. The food was good, the service was excellent, and you can’t beat the all-​day happy hour.

Average chain restaurant. Nachos were good, but the large portion is only 12 chip. Not much for the money. The ribs were sub par. The meat fell off the bone, but they were a bit crusty and a little dry. I have had much better ribs at other restaurants in the chain. It was a bit loud and the service was slow, but it was 8 p.m. On a Saturday night. Overall, a little under the rating of average. I have had much better at other times I went there! Smoking smell from the bar area was pretty strong!!!

I organized a Good Bye/​Good Luck dinner for a co-​worker about a year ago, but our experience and service was SO horrible I will only go for drinks and even then I think twice.

Ok. SO if you happen to be hella bored and read my reviews you know I’m pretty gracious/​easy to please/​etc. and not a demanding foodie — just sayin’ — BUT this place takes the cake. The service has been just bad — as a former server I try not to judge, but egads — numerous visits and the food has been equally abysmal. The one star you see me giving this place is SOLELY for the happy hour two for one deal they always have. For the money, the time, and your appetite you’ll be better served hittin’ up one of the places that are now all around this location.

Do you like Happy Hour? I know, who the hell doesn’t, right?
For all you Happy Hour lovers, this particular Chili’s has Happy Hour going on ALL THE TIME. Yes, you read that right. Happy hour is every single hour they are open. And its not a crappy happy hour either… its buy one get one free on ALL drinks. Margaritas, and beer and wine, oh my! When I heard this information from our bartender/​server the first time I went there, I didn’t believe her…
Server: «We have happy hour all the time, so you get 2 strawberry margaritas»
Me: :“What? You have happy hour til when?“
Server: «All the time.»
Me: «All til when?»
Server: «It never ends. Its all the time»
This may have been the point where I fell over in my chair.
Food is your typical Chili’s stuff… not amazing, not bad. Once you have all those free drinks in you, whos gonna care about the food?
