They Opened Up 5min late and made us wait an extra 5min before we could go inside, then when We walked inside they told me to go outside and wait some more, I will definitely NOT be asking for any services anytime soon

My husband recently took both our cars in to have the window tint done and let me tell you, I wish I would of looked into this place before he went! Both cars had and still have bubbles in the tint and there are some spots that look like the tint isnt placed right. I went back in later that week to tell them about my car and was told to come back the next day early in the morning to have the tint redone. I was told that it would take 2 hours to have the windows redone, keep in mind I was one of the first cars there in the morning. I didnt get my car back till they closed. I guess they felt since they already got paid on the service they could take their time redoing their bad work! When I went in to pick up my car the whole place smelled like they had been hot boxing the office. I can understand taking care of your needs but not while you still have customers coming in!!! I would advice anyone thinking about having services done by this place to rethink it and go a few buildings down and have it done there. I feel like our money was wasted on crappy work!

Victor is super knowledgeable. He helped me out. He really just wants to help people. He wasn’t out to come up. He just wanted to help & I liked that. He installed my 2^nd amp in my car for me. He is helping in my journey through my current set up.

These guys are really cool. At first when you walk in you’re like «who are all these dudes hanging out here» and you might wonder if this shop is professional (you know because they’re just joking with each other and loving what they do). Let me assure you that the shop is definitely professional. They’ll do an excellent job, find all the stuff that you need, install it professionally and promptly and at amazing prices. I even had one of the tweeters go out on me on my way home, and they replaced it no problem. This speaks volumes about the excellent trustworthy shop that you definitely need to go to. Also, the only place in town to get Hertz audio speakers. They don’t have a soundboard set up for you to listen to all the speakers, but with Hertz speakers there really is no reason to check out anything else. They are natural well-​balanced smooth speakers with real engineering practices behind their products… for an excellent price. Trust…

Sound Avenue is the only place that would install a subwoofer in my car at 6PM on a Saturday.
They got the job done fast, with no bs, and charged me ¹⁄₃ less than another place (that I would’ve had to wait a day for) quoted me.

This is a Audio store… so don’t know what kind of «kiss-​ass» most people are looking for, but I went there in the morning told them what I needed done. couple of small talks here and there.

Had a Viper alarm installed here for $ 300 less than a shop in Newport Beach! Parking Lights didn’t come on when remote start was on, took it back and in less than 2 minutes they had it figured out and working like it was supposed to! Will be back and would recommend

I took a car here to have a blue tooth system installed. When I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me $ 80.00 more than the price quoted. I called two other stereo installers and was quoted over the phone, the same price as originally quoted. I shared this information, and after much argument, I got it for the price quoted. It’s a shame when a business tries to rip people off. Also, lesson learned… always get a quote IN WRITING.
