The place for $ 78 speaks for itself crappy. The breakfast is supposed to be free but there is nothing to eat. The room is dusty and jot well maintain. I will never come back here. There is no rating for this place. Really cheap. They should refund my money.

The people in the front desk were great. Super nice and welcoming. The room had an odd odor though. After having the air on it was a bit more bearable. The sheets were rough, almost scratchy. We used ones we had in the car instead.
Great price. And great people. Just don’t expect too much.

Pros: Shower sprays water at a very high pressure. It was awesome. I want my shower at home to do that. The air conditioner was super ice cold. Awesome. Internet service works fine. TV had cable, I forgot what service but it was good. Breakfast: Cereal was stale, go for the danishes. Coffee was really good. I don’t remember the brand, but if you go bring a pitcher. Not enough seats/​space in the lobby to eat, just take it back to your room.
Cons: Elevator was very slow. Bell cart was beat up badly. Lamps were pretty beat up. I think some people live there. Parking lot gets full at night. The room could use some detail work/​maintenance. So many little things in the room should have been done better to show a deep investment into creating a great stay for guests. Chipped paint, cracked moldings.
$ 99 per night, middle of the week was a little steep in my book for the quality. I think it should probably have been in the $ 50-​$ 70 range.
Overall, I liked it. No problems. No noise. A bit on the cheapo side but then again I ain’t no Brad Pitt. I would stay again.

I’m giving this place a review it deserves. I stay in the area once a month and was looking for a decent room at a reasonable price. This is it. Clean rooms, working air conditioning, wifi, flat screens, tables and desks in rooms, and good parking.
Last month I forgot my laptop computer charging cable in the room. I called the hotel and they offered immediate help, finding my charger and telling me that they would hold onto it for an entire month until I showed up next time.
Today I showed up and my charger was there.
Family owned and operated.
Free breakfast.
Love this place.

Pictures look way nicer the the place but over all good stay.

Holes and stains on sheets (I understand all stained don’t come out in wash)
Sheets also had a stale smell
Overall it’s not my first choice but I would stay there again if needed

My fiancé and I were in town to visit Disneyland. The hotels closer to the park are outrageously priced, so we decided to stay a little further away at a cheaper hotel. We were very pleased with the value of this hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was simple (cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, juice), but perfect as we were hurrying to get to Disneyland. There are plenty of food options close to the hotel in case you want something else. I was very happy with our experience at this hotel.

My first time staying. Last minute plans with friends so we selected a hotel close to Anaheim packing house. I did read the reviews and was skeptical but I was amazed as soon as I opened the door of my 3^rd floor room. It smelled nice, big flat screen tv, amazing bed, ac quite and very effective. Also a very comfy leather recliner for a single person. Everything good and very clean.
Internet access sucked but who cares as we didn’t needed it.
I will definitely be coming back.

RUN. This hotel is very outdated and in need of serious updates. The price is right if you need a place in a pinch. Their free continental breakfast is stale and located in the front lobby. The water from the faucet smells, so after a shower your skin and hair smells. The elevator is very old and barely operable. My room smelled so I cranked up the air conditioning. I believe the owners of this hotel actually live in the hotel along with other family members. Weird. Not from the U.S.A.

Disgusting. There was cock roaches in the drawer and the breakfast in the morning is stale. When my African American friend confronted about the breakfast, they told us to leave and whispered «black idiot»

I have by now stayed here 4 times. The first time there were a couple minor repair issues in my room that needed addressing and things were a bit worn looking (but clean) but it wasn’t a big deal to me because of the low price. I assumed at those prices you are not going to get everything perfect, it’s a matter of which compromises you are willing to make. I thought it was a decent enough room at the price. Cleanliness, comfort, and safety are the most important things and I think they did well there. At that time I would have rated it maybe 3 stars.
However, since that first stay they RENOVATED the rooms, put in new flat screen TVs, and everything is much nicer! Prices are still low, the room feels a lot nicer, and nothing needed fixing, so I’m very pleased.
The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4 is the wifi internet. It borders on the horrendous, being either terribly slow (forget watching any streaming video) or, quite often, unable to connect or get a page to load at all. And I don’t think it was because of too many users. One of the nights I was there was dead off-​season and there were only a few guests in the whole place, yet the internet was still terrible. But that is my only negative. It’s not a deal-​breaker for me, but someone who needs a robust connection for business reasons might be very perturbed.
So overall what you get is an inexpensive but nice, clean, comfortable room, very nice staff, nice-​looking grounds (will get nicer as the new landscaping at the fenceline grows in) a seemingly-​safe and reasonably quiet neighborhood.
I would also add, just as a tip for visitors, I have gotten to enjoy what can be found within walking distance of Rodeway Inn (which to me is within a half-​mile or so). I recommend the tiny Teriyaki Grill Monkey Wave for a bowl of miso ramen, and if you are into good craft brews, Icon beverages next to Monkey Wave is an extraordinary, first-​rate craft beer bottle shop (they have wines too). PRO TIP: The owner at Monkey Wave will allow you to bring in a beer to drink from Icon! (MW doesn’t sell beer). This makes for an outstanding inexpensive meal. And don’t forget you have a fridge in your room, so you can always take a bottle from Icon back with you for later. (There are other food options too within that half-​mile, I’m just offering my favorite).

This motel is great if just need a cheap place to stay one night. I stayed in a room with a king sized bed. It came with a mini fridge, TV, a desk with a leather office chair, an eat in table with two chairs, a bathtub with jets, air condition, hair dryer, iorn, free wifi and breakfast.
First off, TV did not work. It came with two remotes. One for the cable box and one for the TV. The TV remote could not even power on and off the TV. I pushed the power button on the TV and all I get is static. TV was an old one too. Straight out of the 90s.
I thought the mini fridge did not work when it failed to cool my water bottles overnight. I found out before I left that the fridge was tied to a light switch. The same switch that controls the bed side lights. Whos bright idea was it to plug the fridge to an outlet that is tied to a switch? Even the alarm clock was tied to the darn switch!
A/​C worked like a charm. Kept the summer night nice and cool. WiFi was nice and fast for my smartphone.
The wallpaper, carpet, and bathroom had outdated aesthetics. However everything was functional and clean. Plenty of clean towels. No closet doors for the closet. Bed was comfortable and the blankets kept you warm. The conforter was a scratchy polyester though.
The noise was OK. Not great but OK. You could not hear cars that much. You do hear the plumbing. Everytime your neighbor ran the water it bled through the walls. Heard faint moaning from next door too. Overall it was quiet (and I am a light sleeper).
Plenty of free parking.
I missed the free breakfast but I was able to get some muffins and orange juice.
Overall you get what you pay for. For 80 dollars for a functional motel for one night was worth it. I just wish some of the amenities worked and the place did not look so dated.

Not my first choice for a hotel, but I was surprised upon arrival. The outside of the inn is nice with gorgeous greenery out front. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The place was nice and quiet and I felt fairly safe coming into the room late at night. The AC worked well. The breakfast was decent as well. It’s no Embassy Suites, but it is a decent place.

From the outside, it looked new but inside, they tried to renovate the place. The place got some kind of facelift but I still think it needed more work. The outside building wall was stucco’d and all the windows were replaced which made it look great on the outside.
We stayed here during a family funeral so I guess it was ok as we were not in the room except for sleeping and not for luxury vacation.
The inside room beddings used the old fashion flower look. That definitely needed to go; the covers were itchy and rough. The bed was pretty firm though and pillows fluffy. Part of the walls were covered with a dark wallpaper that made the place look so dark. They did provide a small frig and newer microwave which was clean. The TV was old which was the box tube version and didn’t even provide any good channels to watch. They do have complimentary wifi which is a must. There was no self parking fees at this hotel.
The carpets might be the musty smell I smell inside! They need to change it badly as I think they did not change this with their upgrades. I had to wear my sleepers the whole time. The rug color was such a dark blue that it looked like dirt? Ek
The worst part was the shower and toilet room light took forever to turn on so I had to keep the door open to see until it went on! When I took a shower, the shower head spit out water sharply that it hurt me! The shower head was even leaking everywhere and was crusty with lyme water. The shower tiles which was done all around the updated room was nice but had spider webs on the corners of the shower walls (pics were added to my profile). This really baffled me that there were so many! Is it really that hard to clean the bathrooms? The toilet needed to be changed as it was positioned crooked out of all things! The seat cover was nasty; it was colored light pink and faded. I took pics of this, too. The sink was outside the toliet and shower room; it was changed with I think marble and they do provide a hair dryer. The dining set was old and seats stained. At least, the AC worked great on a hot day!!!
The complimentary breakfast was very plain! Don’t expect a lot! It was only coffee, juice, pastries and cereal but it will do to get you through to lunch but I like Holiday’s Inn’s breakfast the best!
The two stars I gave was for the service and somewhat updated bathroom only… I would pay $ 20 – 40 more a night for a better room that did not have a musty smell. Like another reviewer stated, «You get what you pay for.».

Awesome service! I had originally booked reservations at Quality Inn & Suites located at Lincoln Ave. I had arrived early with three kids and one sick adult and they was not willing to accommodate me and my family. In fact, the front desk jerk stated the following: «You left too soon from San Francisco». After being frustrated I processed to Rodeway Inn and Bhavna Patel and her husband were both extremely welcoming. Although check in time was for 2pm, she went out of her way to find two rooms for me and my family and we was sooooo happy. They made my day and I will definitely will be staying with them again. Thank you so much for your help! FYI… The rooms were nice, clean, and roomy.

My party went on a sudden trip to California, so we did not have time to book a hotel. Luckily, the owner of this place was very friendly, and did not mind checking us in right away even though it was 1am. For $ 70 we were expecting a bit of a run down place, but the rooms were large and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. The room comes with a fridge, tv, free wifi, microwave, and breakfast was included. I appreciated the great staff working there, and if we ever need a place to stay in the area this place would be it! Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. $ 60/​night buys you a musty room with a television and a fridge and a few breakfast items in the morning (juice, cereal, bread, danishes). I don’t believe in frills — I believe in practicality.
Unfortunately, it also buys you a pervasive and sudden odor which is so godawful that it drives you out of your room at 3 am. It also buys you a shower which, surprisingly, hurts a lot.

I stayed here for one night and its was not a good experience. The room was dirty and looked like it needed a complete renovation. The shower head did not work so you essentially had to splash water on you to bathe yourself. I do not recommend this place at all.

If you want to stay at a hotel that is very quiet and clean, then this is the place to stay! I stay there often and even consider it my home away from home. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Even the staff are very polite and willing to help you find your way around town with very good directions. They don’t rush you to leave and everyone that works there are always smiling. The grounds are always very clean and the have some of the most beautiful flowers growing in their gardens. To date I cannot find anything bad to say about this wonderful hotel. I will keep staying there as much as I can and enjoy my stays each and every time.
