I’m usually a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. But they’re always nice and welcoming! The staff there are super sweet! Always taking care of my teeth. Thanks!

I visited this clinic this afternoon for dental cleaning and i am impressed! Its modern and CLEAN. They have great customer service and includes some freebies such as hand paraffin and a «hygiene bag» with travel size toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, etc. the cleaning itself is thorough and they give you a detailed explanation of the condition of you teeth.
I will definitely be back! :)

The service at Pure Cypress Dentist is astonishing from start to finish! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant and dentist. Walter is my favorite! He’s substantial! I recommend everyone who is looking for an appreciable visit.

I honestly can’t believe what a wonderful experience I had at the DENTIST of all places. I was extremely nervous before I walked in and the receptionist, Janette, was very kind and relaxed me right away by putting wax on my hands?! It was awesome.
I was pretty embarrassed while getting my X-​rays done because I don’t do well at the dentist, but everyone was very nice and it was easy to laugh out my embarrassment and nervousness.
I scheduled my appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed in a month from today and I’m super nervous and scared but I’m glad I’ll be at that office with all the kind people!

By far the best dentist I have ever experienced! The office was very high tech. Staff was very friendly. I really liked the technology they used for X-​rays and the exam. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 4 years and everything was done in one room and I could instantly see the X-​rays in front of me. The dentist even took before and after pictures and explained what was cleaned which I really appreciated. They even played Netflix for me while waiting for the doctor and during the cleaning! I will certainly be back!

I have been wary of going to dentists because I have had bad experiences the past few dentists that I have visited, so I came in with a negative connotation of dentists.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted by Jennette who helped me get settled in a comfortable. My first visit was to get teeth cleaning done and it is a simple procedure, but Dr. Ash was very thorough. During my initial visit, he notified and showed me that a few of my fillings needed to be replaced as they were either cracked or parts of them chipped off, so I scheduled another appointment.
This second visit is where I knew that Pure Cypress Dentist deserve a 5 stars. I came in and was again greeted by Jennette and within minutes, I was taken to get the procedure done.
Regarding fillings, I have had both good and terrible experiences, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Before the procedure began, Dr. Ash explained exactly what he was going to be doing and how everything would feel. The procedure went by fairly quickly but it was done thoroughly. During the procedure, the moment Dr. Ash realized that I was in pain, he immediately stopped and injected more local anesthesia in order to numb the pain. Other dentist most likely would not have done this and would have just let me suffer through the pain. Also, other dentists that I have been to simply place the filling and do not even care about how it will affect my bite but Dr. Ash made sure that the fillings were placed properly and that it did not mess up my bite. It has only been 1 day after getting my fillings replaced, but I can hardly notice them and it is all thanks to Dr. Ash!
I would highly recommend Pure Cypress Dentists to family and friends and I think I found my new dentist!

Everyone dreads going to the dentist. However, this place has made it ease free and even my 9 year old son isn’t afraid to go. They are super friendly, clean and very professional. You can watch TV while getting services done. Great follow up before and after your appointment. Thanks for making dental visits bearable and somewhat fun.

Its been more than a decade since the last time i visited the dentist, and a lot can happen in that amount of time.
I’m a 22 year old full time college student with no credit whatsoever, and a part time job. Long story short, I’m pretty broke. Luckily Walter was the nicest general manager ever, and was totally able to work with the types of payments i needed to make sure that my needs were met. Thanks Walter!
Now for the scary part;
I came in originally to get my wisdom teeth extracted, but found that i had way worse problems than that on my plate. I ended up having a total of over FIFTEEN CAVITIES! Since my teeth did not hurt and i did not have any impacted wisdom teeth, i decided to wait on those, and take care of the cavities first. There were a set of cavities that i was particularly embarrassed about; My two front teeth. I had a hole on the side of my front tooth that could fit a toothpick in it, and it was completely VISIBLE! I tried to hide it for years, but it had gotten so bad, i was at risk of having a root canal! OH HELL NO. Luckily Dr. Ash was there to save the day, he caught it right on time, and had me avoid getting a root canal at all! YAY!
Don’t waste your time anywhere else, these guys are the real deal.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I had bought a groupon for this place since I was due for a cleaning and didn’t know what to expect going in. The atmosphere is very relaxing and modern with a complimentary wax dip for your hands before you go in to see the dentist. The technology that they use is top knotch and the whole staff was very friendly and inviting throughout the entire visit. I went in not knowing what to expect especially because I’ve heard horror stories of getting subpar treatment if your a groupon user at other places but this place has shown me that this definitely wasn’t the case! The staff was very honest with the estimates of the work that needed to be done without being too pushy and trying to make me overpay for something I didn’t need as well! I’m so happy that I found this place and will definitely be recommending to friends and family :)

Very clean, quick, helpful and accommodating. Cute atmosphere, up to date equipment (computer sign in and Netflix in the dentist rooms for you to watch) and friendly workers! Love the water and tea set out and they also have a hand-​softening wax treatment that they do to you (for free) while you’re waiting! Walter helped me out and did an amazing job. Not just with the hand wax treatment either!(: He definitely went above and beyond what he had to do. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about what he was taking about! Would totally come back without any hesitation!

I hate dentists, actually quake in fear of them, but I just had 2 root canals and a molar extraction, and while there was some pain, it was minimal. Great dentists, wonderful staff, and they really know how to handle dentistry-​adverse persons. Also, they will write an Rx for pain killers and antibiotics, and Dr. Ashe was all about making sure I was comfortable during my recent (06÷30÷15) 4−½ hour surgical session.
I can’t recommend this up-​to-​date digital practice any more highly. They even have Groupons on occasion. Go for it! And this is a recommendation from a fearful dental coward.

So glad I found this dentist! I used a Livingsocial voucher for a cleaning, X-​ray, and exam for $ 19. Paperwork is expedited by you inputting everything in the computer. While you wait (which wasn’t long), you can get a hand paraffin and keep it on until the end of the cleaning if you wish. The dentist is the one that actually cleans your teeth, and he’s very nice and professional. The exam room is pretty high tech and you can watch what’s going on on the tv above you on the ceiling. He also takes pictures of your teeth so you can see how they change when you come back. He doesn’t try to push additional services you don’t really need (like other dentists I’ve been to). The assistant and receptionist were also great and courteous. I would definitely come back here again and let others know!

Absolutely the best customer service and dental work. Staff and doctors are very thorough and down to earth. I got my fillings done this morning and they took me in right away. The doctor was so efficient and so gentle lol… I almost took a nap during my session lol. Front desk was great. I was unprepared for how much my copay was going to be and he split it in 2 payments! I thought that was awesome for them to be able to do that for me.
All in all a great experience:)

Went into this dentist on a Groupon and found a new dentist! They are great. The place is nice and clean. The staff are very pleasant and the dentist Dr. Haeri is very nice. I enjoyed my visit and will continue to go there for my dental needs.

Had the most amazing experience at Pure Cypress Dentist. Let me tell you – they know how to treat their patients and go above and beyond any dental clinic I’ve ever been to.
The reason I was there was because a different dentist had told me I had a big infection under my root canal and that I should get it checked out. I went back to the dentist who originally did the root canal procedure and he said everything was fine. A little concerned, I wanted another opinion. My bf gave me a coupon for a «Free second opinion» at Pure Cypress Dentist, and I quickly called to make an appt.
When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by Walter at the front desk. While I electronically filled out forms and waited, he offered me some water and a complimentary hand moisturizing – which felt weird but was SO worth it in the end! My hands felt so loved on.
Afterwards, I talked with the consultant about why I was there and soon after the doctor came in. Right away, he was able to tell me why I had gotten 2 very different answers from the other doctors, which was a HUGE deal for me. He was informative, thorough, caring, and he knew what he was doing. He even referred me to a specialist that could help me with my tooth.
As I left the office, they even offered to email me my x-​ray to show the doctor and made sure that I was not charged for my free consult.
I didn’t actually get a procedure done here, but based on the insightful information they provided + the customer service + on-​top-​of it attitude, 5 stars! I left the office feeling so cared for + extra points bc the office didn’t have that weird dentist smell most offices have.

We just moved in this area so we were in need of a Dental Physician. But I wasn’t looking for just any dentist. I was looking for someone who takes pride in their business and honestly cares about your needs. I shopped around for a few dentists and found their clinic on Unilocal.I decided to make an appointment.
During my first visit, I immediately became comfortable upon entering the clinic. It is clean and smells great! I was offered a hand paraffin wax!!! (which was so nice and relaxing) while waiting for my appointment. 5 stars already on that one!
From the moment I called to hear them answer my questions to the first scheduled visit I knew they were good to go. They greet me by my name and I did not have to wait forever to get a check-​up. Dr. Ash is so nice and sounds like he cares about his patients. His staff is the most friendliest staff I have ever met.
My second visit required me to sit longer on the dental chair. I was surprised when I was asked what movie do I want to watch. Seriously! I was watching a movie on Netflix while I was having my teeth done. Amazing huh! (it was right on the ceiling, so I was looking at it directly while laying down). Dr Ash explains every process that he is doing and makes sure that you are not in any pain or uncomfortable.
With regard to appointments, I get an email a few weeks in advance and a call and text message to remind me of my appointment. It was really helpful!
They also accept our insurance which was also a major factor in choosing Pure Cypress Dentist.
Dr Ash is friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and spent lots of time looking in my mouth. Him and his staff work hard to meet our financial needs with our dental insurance too. They will let you know up front what the costs are without any hidden suprises!
I always leave their clinic feeling good.
