History
Established in 2012.
Pizza Crayve was opened in the fall of 2012. Cray Vidrine bought Pizza Express on February 1, 2012 and made major changes to Pizza Express. He made it a dine in restaurant by adding setting for 30. Cray found a better cheese and bought a better mixer for making the dough. He enclosed the kitchen so the heat and noise would be at a minimum. He had a mural painted showing showing important Texas landmarks, milestones, and traditions. Cray was 22 years old when he bought Pizza Express, and he was a student at Lone Star College, and UH Downtown.
