I came in last night(Monday) for 4 new tires. I set an appointment before hand for 6:30. Everyone was friendly, they have free WiFi and coffee in the waiting area. My price was as quoted online(Actually I think it was a few cents less) and to my surprise, they didn’t try to upsell me or request to do any additional products or services for my car. Not that I think I needed additional work, just surprised that they did not try to sell me additional services. At 7:15 I left the shop with 4 new tires and my alignment being checked. At one point they had 4 guys working on my car. I went during a slower time and got the red carpet treatment. Good Job guys!

I was on my lunch break and needed a new battery for my 2012 Malibu. I know going to AutoZone would be quick but i wanted an Interstate battery cause that is the brand the guys at my job told me is the most dependable. So I went to NTB figuring it shouldn’t be that long… WRONG! The salesman(can’t remember his name but I have his employee ID from my receipt) came back 45 minutes later to tell me he picked the wrong size for my car and the new battery would cost about $ 20 more. I asked him how long it would be cause at this point I’m running late he said oh about 10 more minutes… WRONG again. He proceeded to talk to another couple while the people installing my battery were in the back waiting on the paperwork that I signed off on the work. I asked to speak to the manager and he ignored my request. At this point was already 30 minutes late for work and still have no battery in my vehicle. Then when I was reading my invoice finally after getting back to my office 50 minutes late I see a charge for 29.70 that wasn’t explained to me. I am just so completely irritated by this location. I’m hoping it was JUST this location and NOT every NTB but as far as the location on 529 and Fry… NEVERAGAIN.

How aggravating. I made an 8:30AM appointment online to get a special deal. My husband took the truck in and almost 3-Hours later returned home. Service was SLOW, SLOW, SLOW even with an early morning appointment. I FAIL to understand WHY an oil change should take more than an hour TOPS but that’s a whole other discussion. When they finally said everything was done, they had forgotten to do the tire rotation…30 more minutes… Got home and picked us up for a family day and noticed the center Chevy caps for 2 tires were MISSING. Had to go back up there and of course they didn’t have them so the Manager noted, they must have not secured them back on properly and they fell off. Only good thing came out of the whole trip was that without hesitation the Manager said they would order replacement caps that they would put back on for us Monday once they came in… lets hope they’re the right pieces so I can plan to NEVER visit this place again.
