I have been coming here for almost seems forever, and it is truly one of the best nail salons ever! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and attentive to you from the moment you walk in! As you become a regular, you feel like royalty as they always remember you… But that’s not the only reason I’m giving 5 stars, although their customer service is enough!
I suffer from «Hot Flashes»… Today, it was extremely bad, but Trina and Rosa continued to make me feel comfortable (even brought a extra electronic fan) without grabbing everyones attention that I was sweating like a pig! On top of that, my nails came out just as great as they always do, and in the same amount of time!
If you ever wanted to find the Best Nail Salon! Look no further! It’s right here!

This is like my 4^th time coming back to this friendly and clean place! Cassidy is my go to and all her team is very good of what they do also! My recent visit I had to bring my 2 yr old and they did a great job of helping me out with my son! Definitely my type of nail salon!

Don’t like it here at all… I appreciate what these girls do and I know it’s not an easy much less fun job, but I’ve been to the other place literally across the street by the Chinese food place and they get down and I will never mind tipping well there. But when it’s a little more expensive and you just do a crappy lazy job, yea don’t expect a big tip from me ! I swear I was in & out in like 15minutes! And 10 of those minutes were soaking in hot water… Not coming back…

I’m literally typing this review as I’m sitting in the spa chair. I’m really bummed I decided to choose this place over a couple other highly reviewed nail salons in the area. I came in for a gel manicure & spa pedicure for a pre birthday treat. Two stars is basically for the quick service (I was seated right away when it wasn’t exactly slow), friendly greeting, & help choosing a color. It went downhill after that. My nails were not filed straight, my cuticles were barely touched (which is the main reason I come to a nail salon, especially during dry weather), the gel polish didn’t even come close to my cuticles on some nails (so they already look grown out), and I ended up having gel polish all around my nails after. The manicurist definitely seemed like she was rushing (took only 30 – 35 mins max, seems pretty quick to me) so maybe if she would have taken her time it would have been better. The pedicure was okay. Not great but definitely not bad.
Needless to say I will not be returning.

I came to this location Bc my friend comes here often and she got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I called ahead of time to make sure I didn’t have to too long and the gentleman on the phone was nice to advice it was busy but will make sure to accommodate me as soon as possible.
Came in and same man on the phone advised to pick a color and has a table available for me. Didn’t realize how big the salon was. A lot of pedicure spa chairs and manicure tables, all filled with a worker/​client.
I loved the lady I got! Her name is Kim, not sure how many Kim’s work there, she is a bit older lady. I requested a full set with coffin shape (shapes are always extra charge* don’t be surprised) and I wanted my cuticles trimmed (extra $ 5). I also requested a «manicure» meaning I wanted a massage but I guess they didn’t understand or maybe I used the wrong terminology lol.
Anyways why I like Kim Bc she did not hurt me at all. I have tiny fingernails and sometimes the workers hurt me and leave me cuts from filing so carelessly. I’m definitely coming back for her only! =] please check photo of her work.

The more I look at my nails the more I don’t like them. They’re nothing like the picture I showed them and for the price I paid they should be looking good but to me they’re ehhh :/
Also they charged me $ 6 for my 4 year old to have her nails painted and it didn’t even last 24hrs because as soon as we got home one of her nails already had the nail polish off!
Well there goes 53 plus tip I will never have back

I am very picky with my nails, but when I found nail art, I have never been happier. I have Hannah did my nails, she did a wonderful job. The best thing about this place is their eyelashes extension. It’s cheap and lasted a long time. Go to nail art, you will be happy just like I am. Thanks Hannah for my beautiful nails and lashes.

I still love this place. They are always friendly and Cathy is my favorite, she is great with designs!

I went to Nails Art yesterday (the day before the 4^th of July) for the first time. I expected it to be very busy for the holiday and it was!
I was greeted at the door immediately by the male owner who spoke perfect English and got me seated right away in a pedicure chair. He warned me there was a wait (I had no appointment, just walked in) since it was a holiday weekend and apologized many times.
He offered me a bottle of water and gossip magazines. Since I was wearing a skirt, he provided me with a lap towel and a little pillow. I was able to soak my feet in warm water while I waited, and the wait was about 20 minutes (not bad on a holiday with no appointment).
I believe my technician’s name was Amy (she didn’t have name tag). She was very sweet and I ordered the Gold Pedicure at $ 35. This includes callus removal (much needed), foot scrub, sea salt with oil, mask, cooling gel (felt amazing!), and 10 minute massage (the winner!). She set an actual timer for 10 minutes so that you know that you are getting the full 10 minutes — brilliant idea so that no customer feels cheated.
The whole pedicure experience felt amazing. My poor tired feet and toes felt amazing afterwards and my bright blue toenails are perfect for this holiday.
The customer service is beyond amazing from the minute you step foot in the door. The male owner does a great job checking on every client, updating everyone on the wait times, apologizing for the wait, and handing out bottled water for both clients and their guests (there were some men waiting for their women to finish, and the men got offered water too!).

I made an appointment only 30 minutes before arriving on a very busy day and they were great. I had Hannah do a gel set and I also got my eyebrows done. I will definitely be returning. While there I saw many different designs being created on some of the other clients. Beautiful work.

This place is so cute and great at doing nails! My friend and I had Cassidy and she was so nice and cute! This place doesn’t try to rip you off and they are honest hardworking people! My french manicure was $ 20 with a little bit of rhinestones. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend this place! I am definitely coming back.

Every year when I come to town, my cousin and I visit this salon for manipeds. I’m really disappointed in them as my nails are not painted to the edges, with big chunks of clear nail showing through.
The male owner spends so much time rushing the techs that my upgraded choice worked out to be the same amount of time as my cousin’s, who ordered the lowest choice. They left part of the nail in the big toes as well… that’s going to hurt in a few more days. Between the male owner, the nail left behind, and the crappy paint job, I won’t be going back! There are plenty of other choices in town.

I live out in the Long Beach area. Cassidy moved her business out here in Cypress and I followed her because she really does a great job on my Gel Nails… Thank you Cassidy for always making me look my best!

$ 32 for a fill? I think not.
I had been going to Nails Art because although they were always pricey, I didn’t mind paying extra for good work. However, a month ago I brought a friend with me when I got my fill done, raving about how this place was great, and I felt embarrassed because she received the worst set i’ve seen in my life. I wish I had saved a picture of what her nails looked like a week after she’d paid $ 40 to get them done, but they basically were chipping and plying apart from the top of the nail or outright falling off entirely. I called the manager to let her know what happened because I knew this was a good nail salon and I wanted my friend to try out this place again (I considered this my regular place). Over the phone she told me that we’d receive a discount and my friend would get half off of her replacement set.
So later that day my friend and I come in to get our nails done but when it’s time to pay, she doesn’t remember promising me a discount or half off to my friend (who wouldn’t have come back to this salon without that offer). She says she can charge both of us the fill price, however my fill is more expensive that day because I got an oval shape. I already had an oval shape before the fill, she barely adjusted the shape. I’ve also been here numerous other times to get an oval shape and not been charged $ 30 for it. It was pretty clear the owner did not want to give us the price she promised and was backpedaling on her offer. Neither I nor my friend would have come if we had known she was not going to keep her promise and charge me more for my regular treatment.
I do think there are some talented artists in here, but they don’t do work you can’t get at a million other nail salons for a much more reasonable price. They don’t treat their customers with respect and I just read another review from 4 days ago that makes it clear that their regulars are of little importance to them. No thanks.

This isn’t a fun review for me to write.
I had an old Unilocal account that I no longer can access (account name was under Mariah) I previously left a 5 star review of this nail salon, but now I’m coming here to give it 3 stars.
1^st off, I want to say that the only service that hasn’t changed for the worse is my pedicures by Nancy. Nancy has ALWAYS done a brilliant job & if anything– it’s gotten better!
I am docking 2 stars because I have ran into a few issues with the quality of work done here. 1^st, there was an occasion where I got a brand new full set. They were beautiful & done nicely, but ⁶⁄₁₀ of my nails cracked, lifted or just came off completely. I came in no more than 5 days later to have them repaired. The same gal that did them originally fixed them, which I was fine with. Halfway through fixing my nails, I was told by Cassidy that I would have to pay ½ price because it wasn’t fair to the nail artist to have to re do them. Because I had such great experiences before, I let it slide & payed ½. After my nails were repaired & I paid, I was told that the acrylics wouldn’t stay because my nails were really oily. Wouldn’t that be something you would say before you start repairing them, no after you do the service & I pay? Needless to say, I felt like I was getting ripped off.
4 days ago, my mom, also an avid customer, went in to get a fill & have gel color put on top. She left the salon happy. Today, we both returned because her gel was chipping, more so just peeling off. Cassidy told her that it’s because she (Cassidy) put oil on her nails after the fill & then had to buff it all out to apply the gel color. She said the gel color doesn’t stick to oily surfaces. My mom is an extremely kind lady & would rather pay the money to have her nails fixed then argue & get it fixed for free. If Cassidy is the one who applied the nail oil, knowing that gel wouldn’t stick to it– but buffed it all out anyways, why would the gel peel in the 1^st place? My mother paid FULL PRICE to have the gel taken off AND get pink/​white fill.
I guess you could say Nail Art is starting to make a lot of excuses for their mistakes. I would think repeat, loyal customers would be more important (& more $$) than the money they would lose if they lost us.
I really don’t want to have to find another nail salon, because I have had great quality work & service in the past. It’s hard for me to accept paying for someone else’s mistakes.
We love you, Nail Art! We will give you another chance, and we are rooting for you. I’m not asking for a refund or free services– just an improvement on the quality of the service provided.
Please take this review as encouragement to improve– not trashing your business. It’s nothing personal against any of the owners or employees– they have always been so kind & have great customer service.

***Update on 7.20.14; I posted 2 pictures of my gel nails that I got done last week on here. The first picture shows the gel was painted on my cuticles. The 2^nd shows them chipping at the base of my nail due to the gel on my cuticles. I won’t be returning again.

Never in my life have I had a nail fungus, until now! I got a full set and the nails looked great but when I took them off I got a horrible suprise…
I am so very disappointed and disgusted by this. it has been a month now and the fungus is still not gone after trying several different methods to rid of it… :(
NEVER will I go back to this place! I want to put negative stars! But it forces me to put a star rating.
