People here seem nice but it’s all a front. The children are treated as a burden and the staff is less than capable screaming and threatening the children. Keep your kids away from this place trust me.

We really thought we liked this place at first. I did have to speak to one of the infant caregivers about not putting his blanket in his crib, but the head teacher seemed concerned and I thought it was a one off thing. Fast forward to last month when I found him sleeping in his crib, on a Boppy, with a blanket wrapped around his face to the point where all I could see was the top of his head. Needless to say, we pulled our baby from their care. PLEASE read their state inspection record. They got dinged quite a bit on the last inspection, and then cited for ever more after I reported what I found to licensing. Including having FIVE workers caring for infants without the minimum required amount of training.

So far so good! We’ve just recently moved my child to the school after being told by his old daycare he was to hard to handle. My child is very opinionated and strong willed and sometimes requires tough love and his teacher at Montessori Child Development Center has been just what he needs. We were paying an extremely high rate at an over rated daycare who only wanted to wash their hands of him. We are very lucky to have found MCDC. I think with his teachers tough love and encouragement he is going to do great. Within the first two weeks he was not shy about testing his boundaries, but the teacher handled it well. And when I call 3 times a day to check on him they are always very reassuring and positive and never make me feel like a burden. They nurture his independent strong will, without making him feel out of place. My sons always tells me he likes his new school and his new teacher. I think they make him feel like a big boy and he loves it.

We took our 19 month old son here today to get a tour of the facilities and meet his teachers. My wife and I were impressed on the experience ranges of the staff; reaching 10+ years. The school was well kept and quiet as we visited during nap time. We had a chance to peek inside the 18 — 36 month old class, and they were all napping quietly on the floor.(whoa) We were pleased to meet Marsha — one of the teachers with over a decade of experience. She seemed to take pride in the school curriculum and activities planned for all the children. We’re still interviewing montessori schools, but this one is definitely at the top of the list as of now. I’ll come back and update the review to 5 stars if we decide to send our son here and are happy after a few months.

After a day of searching for a day care, this place as our last stop. With husband and 13 month old twins in tow, I was hoping this would be the place. Frustrated from the day of touring puppy mills, and tears in my eyes and all, the director invited us in for a tour. As soon as I walked in, I thought«this is it… they will be enrolled here» We toured the infant room and to my surprise, little bitty kids were sitting at a table eating their lunch. YES, i said sitting. I was floored. How do you get 8 toddlers under the age of 1 to sit at a table and eat nicely? Well, this place does and my twins did and all i can say is that they have learned so much here. The director, Ms. Jane is just the sweetest person. So are all the teachers here. No high turn over. Hot lunches 4 times a week(byol on fridays), snack served twice a day. Diapers and wipes provided for the younger ones. If you don’t want to send your kids to a puppy mill and you can sacrifice for them, they’re your babies, —pay a little extra a month. You won’t regret it. Tell them I sent you.
