I recently moved to TX and bought a home-​there were a lot of new rules and requirements that I had to quickly come up to speed with during the process and I couldn’t have done it without Kevin and his team.
They found a loan and rate I’m very happy with but most of all I appreciate the service I received. Kevin was not only immediately responsive whenever I reached out, but always relaxed, generous with his time and incredibly friendly to deal with. I found I relied on his counsel throughout the transaction. I also worked with Helen on the team and found her attention to detail constantly impressive-​what would I have done without her?

I got my home loan through Kevin Reid and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had previously tried to get my loan through the «other guy» with all the stellar Unilocal reviews, but sadly, I found that my business was just not important to that guy. My agent suggested I call Kevin. Kevin completely impressed me with his customer service right off the bat. He actually called me on a SATURDAY and while he was in the middle of an important event. He stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered. Since I’m a first-​time home-​buyer, I had a lot of questions, too, but Kevin hung in there and in the process, he showed me that he really wanted my business. He beat the «other guy“s rates and service hands down. He’s also very easy to talk to, which makes the home loan process a lot less stressful. When looking for a home, time is of the essence and Kevin knows this. His follow up is excellent. He never leaves you waiting for a call or email.
