Specialties

We are specialists in custom signs and banners that are unique, and crafted with care and skill.

We can make ADA signs, electrical signs of all types,(channel a Letters, monuments, pylons, light ices/​sign cabinets and good ol’ neon). We slso have two expert sign sand graphic designers, expert installers, and skilled craftsmen.

We make besutiful sandblasted redwood, cedar and HDU signs.

We also hand paint/​letter exterior walls and murals.

History

Established in 1986.

The company was founded by my father, John Schoepf and myself in ’86.

After one year I bought my dad out, and soon after I hired a talented young sign painter named Jerry Hudson, Jerry has been my EYE for sign appeal and taught me the finer points of sign design and the art of Eye Appeal, taught by Mike Stephens, the master sign designer and artist. I soon hired Rosa snd Eduardo and the core of our team has been together for over 20 years.

My mentor’s Frank Cardone and Bob Derobbio taught me the electrical sign business and it’s been a blast!

After we had a store burglary at my shop, I had Instant Signs come out and redo the signs on our windows… they were very reasonable, quick and did a fantastic job. We also had them replace our neon sign lights with the new halogen type that will last forever… they are very bright and can be seen from far away. (I think it was halogen… you can always check with Dan, he is a very sweet and kind owner of the business)

I was in a time crunch to get a banner made for an event happening in just a few days. Dan and his crew were more than helpful in assisting me with my tight dead line. They were completely relaxed and willing to work with my budget and particular requests
I know it says it in their name but I didnt think they were that quick to get a banner made. It literally was instant! Without their help I dont think I would have got the job done by anyone else as I was turned down by a few other businesses about my the job I needed done.
You guys did a great job and I look forward to working with Dan & crew again.

Seen all the great reviews called Dan regarding our dental sign not working properly. He sent out his guys on Monday we were always told it was the timer but it was the transformer. Dan guys put a new one in and it works great. Had a little misunderstood regarding the fee but Dan was nice enough to work with us and give use a better explanation of the fees and a discount. Thank you.

When trusting someone with your business’ advertising it is important to have great communication. Instant Signs and banners has totally won this business’ heart.
From the moment we walked we were warmly greeted by the owner and his awesome two chocolate labs. The prices are great for the quality of work they do. I ordered a feather flag for my salon, normally I do my own graphics, but Aaron helped me design the best visible graphic for potential customers.
All in all I will be doing business with these laid back dudes in the future. Emails are returned, there are no such thing as stupid questions with these guys, and I don’t ever have to worry about my vision getting across in my graphics with them.

Great service, great people. I have had two portable retractable signs made here for my business, along with business cards. Each time I worked directly with the owner Dan and he provided honest and excellent service. He gave a true timeline when the product was going to be ready, and I was able to pick-​up exactly when he said.
