WORST HAIRCUT EVER! My poor dughter just got butchered! She can’t stop crying. I’ve never seen a more uneven haircut. She even complained during the haircut but she just kept cutting. SO SAD, she grauates in a week. NEVER GO THERE! You’ll regret it!!!

I would have given Great Clips a zero, but since that choice is not available, one star would have to do. My family and I have been going to this location for a few months now. On Saturday, April the 9^th, my husband and I took our 2 boys and our daughter for a haircut. We have been trying to decide for weeks for a hair style that would suit our 11 yr. old daughter. Since our daughter has very fine, bit wavy, and stringy hair, we decide to go for a cute pixie style found on the web under 100 best pixie cuts for woman 2015 (hair cut #63 if you happened to be curious like me.) When my husband showed the hairdresser the picture, she immediately offered another suggestion. She recommended a short bob haircut. We told her that our kid had that type of style before and that it didn’t work for our her since her hair curls a lot. She continued by saying that she wanted our daughter to be happy. Suggesting as if we would want our daughter to be miserable with her hair style. I told her that we wanted the pixie hair style shown on the picture we provided. She continued saying that she wanted our daughter to be happy. I got flustered and asked her to tell me what was so wrong with the haircut we wanted. She said the haircut was too drastic for her. OMG, as a parent you can only imagine how we felt. She might as well had called social services on us. She continuously argued our decision to the point she realized that we were not happy with her or the manner in which she had spoken to us. She then suggested having someone else cutting our daughter’s hair and walked off. I called the owner of this facility but no response as of now.
On a happy note, we took our daughter to Supercuts. We showed the hairdresser who happened to be the manager what we wanted for our kid and she told us the haircut would look super cute on our daughter… and it did!!! NO DRAMA BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

let me just start by saying that i hate washing my hair! ! it’s long, unruly, and to say it’s just misbehaving is a good day… but i love having it washed at a salon :) Desiree helped me today, and even though it was just a shampoo and condition, the service was great! will definitely be back :)

Went on a Sunday morning and it was nice. I would highly suggest checking online because we had to wait for 45 minutes, even though we were the second to get there. Tiffany, Hannah, and Desiree were the stylist that cut our hair (there was three of us) and they were very nice and did a good job. I personally prefer this place compared to the Great Clips in Buena Park. They are much nicer at Cypress

I had previously left a long and stellar review but here’s the cold hard truth: It’s all luck and chance.
I have now been to this location twice. The first time I got more than exactly what I wanted.
The second time I got a different cutter who didn’t understand what I asked for and gave me A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HAIRCUT.
I went in wanting to trim my modified Skrillex cut and I left with a short undercut.
She said my hair was very dry and added unsolicited product and talked trash about the previous cutter’s work. So I left feeling ugly to boot.
Don’t go here, or to any mass chain haircutter, unless you want just that: a cheap looking, run of the mill haircut where they’ll do whatever they think.

Go see Tiffany! She is friendly and always trims up my split ends under 10 minutes! She always confirms with me what it is exactly that I want done and doesn’t disappoint. Strongly recommend her! The salon itself is very clean and organized and has a wide range of hair products that they sell in the front. The prices are inexpensive and the quality of the hair cut is worth it!

I didn’t walk in with layers, didn’t ask for layers, but got layers. I’ve never seen layers as choppy as what I got (see photo).
However, my family found it hysterical and highly entertaining, greeaat.
I will not be going back.

I’ve been to a few Great Clips and this one was by far the nicest. The manager Hanna was my stylist this first time and she was super sociable and greeted me with an awesome personality. The way she asked how I felt about my hair every step of the way was reassuring. Albeit, I knew what I wanted with my hair, she was still able to help me make minor decisions. Even though it’s a farther drive, I’ll definitely make this my go to hair salon.

This is definitely my go to haircut place. I got a pixie cut in November last year and knew that I would need to get it trimmed a lot so it kept its shape. So, I started coming here, knowing it was affordable but proceeding with caution knowing it was a chain salon. But what I got in return was a fantastic experience! I’ve come here over and over again to get my hair cut and have really experimented with my hair a lot with them. I’ve had a different person almost every time and each and every one of them have been receptive and enthusiastic about the crazy changes I’ve wanted to make. Plus, the results have always been great, too. Will continue to keep coming back as long as I’m in the area — and I’m always recommending this place to friends!

Great place to get a haircut for guys and girls. I go here almost every time and I always get a great cut because they are good at listening to what you want, and also make helpful suggestions if you aren’t really sure. I almost never have to wait because you can check in with the Great Clips phone app when you’re on your way there! The place is always clean and the management is top notch. Highly recommended!

if you go be sure to download an app do the online reservation or ask them how many online reservations are infront of you.
They had me wait ten minutes before checking in. Then took a family of four online reservation. Then another guy came in with an online reservation. After waiting for forty minutes, I said I’m just going to go. They said you shouldve done the online reservation while I’m waiting in their lobby. Horrible customer service, they could take a second and said hey you might be waiting for an hour.

Good bye Fantastic Sam’s across the street. This place is cleaner and brighter. Stylists are young and speak clear English. I just had a trim and they were fast & did a great job. I would go elsewhere if want a more complicated cut. But for simple men haircut and trims, this is the place to go.
The only thing I didn’t like was, whenever someone came in one of then stylist would check them in and interrupt your hair cut session. Mine was interrupted 2x.

Went here because I needed my kids hair cut and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. $ 13 for 10 and under and seniors and $ 15 for everyone else. The stylists were not the most experienced but were very friendly and definitely wanted to please the customer. The price just includes the actual cut, nothing else. No shampoo, blow dry or style. If you wash your hair before coming you will get the best results. The hours are great and they are open late. If you make your reservation online via the app there is no wait and they take you right away.
All in all, a positive experience and a good value. I will be going back for my kids.

1^st time her, I had Kaitlyn, she’s AMAZING. I had a weird grown out layered bobb, she fixed it. Asking how much I wanted off, what I wanted and what she thought before each step. I’m happy, and I’m a picky haircut person, lol.

My husband has the most beautiful head of curly hair. Being curly requires a professional to cut it. So today, his 3^rd time getting his hair cut at Great Clips, he specifically requested the sides be cut shorter than the top and to PLEASE leave it curly all around, from the sides to the top. And this is the 3^rd time that Great Clips has cut it way too short on the sides, leaving NO curl at all on the top and exposing a band of gray, AND way too long on top, making his head appear odd shaped. There is no fixing this very, VERY bad haircut, only a decision to never again be customer of Great Clips. The stylist, T, could not have paid attention to the way his hair curls when he sat in her chair, could not have listened to his rquest for a specific cut and did not care to represent Great Clips in a professional manner. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience here! I got my hair cut for only $ 15 and there was absolutely no wait. I didn’t catch the name of my stylist, but that’s just because the minute we started talking, it’s as if we had known each other forever. She was so nice and very practiced. I haven’t had this nice of a haircut in Orange County in years. Thank you!

Very nice place. As a Veteran I got my free haircut on Veteran’s Day. Very nice stylists here, they were really kind and accommodating. Also, I really liked their website, it gives you the wait time of every location so I didn’t have to just go to one place and end up waiting two hours, instead I chose a location with the shortest wait time, reserved online and barely had to wait. Even as a free haircut I didn’t expect much, but they did a very good job.

Great Clips Rocks! I do the online check in, walk in, and there ready for me. There prepared with a piece of paper that tells them how I get my hair cut. I don’t have to tell them anything. Perfect for a guy. no hassle shopping, in and out. The Ladies are great, friendly, helpful, and always greet you with a smile.

BRITTANY was an absolute pleasure!!! Came in today to have my mothers hair cut and I must say my mom is one of the most difficult people when it comes to hair. Brittany was so down to earth and personable and took all of my mother’s questions and comments about the cut like a champ! She was so sweet and did an AMAZING job with her hair!!! We will definitely return just for her! If u want an amazing cut, great conversation and one of the sweetest people must come to Great Clips and ask for Brittany!!!
