Easy to do business, good website, and quick to pay. On top of that, they offer jobs on a one-​on-​one basis instead of throwing a bunch of work out and seeing what sticks. Very professional operation. Recommend doing business with.

Utterly unprofessional and probably incompetent. I was recently involved in a purchase of a foreclosure and had the misfortune of having to try to do business with these idiots. I placed a dozen phone calls over the period of a month to the asset manager at Goodman Dean and to his supervisor. Not a single call was ever returned. The listing agent for the property told me he had a similar experience. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any accountability at this firm and I have notified the bank that contracted this seemingly incompetent firm.

This company is all about profits and ethics play no role at all. When they do broker price opinions on a property, they dictate the outcome, not the actual agent doing the work. This is very unethical. When one tries to be ethical, they are no longer accepted as agent. If as an licensed real estate agent you question anything, you can never get a direct answer. Choose another company and get the job done right.
